This hotel was better than I expected, great location central to Khao san road, the ferry taxi and walkable distance to some of the temples. I recommend to catch the ferry to icon Siam mall which is just incredible! There is a great coffee shop across the road called petit soleil aswell! The room at this hotel was a great size, clean and everything that we needed it to be. The breakfast here was very tasty and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The rooftop pool was great to cool down after a day of exploring. We caught taxis using bolt into the other areas of Bangkok which was easy to do. All in all, a great stay! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We have booked two rooms for one for two nights and another for three nights. Accidentally in one room while having dinner some drops sauce accidentally fell on the duvet cover on the first night which we didn't noticed. Though the housekeeping staff cleaned the room next morning, they didn't report anything to us. During check out the receptionist presented that duvet cover in a plastic bag saying that after repeated wash the spots on the cover are not gone away and we have to pay 1200 Thai Bhatt as penalty though the actual price as per hotels rate card is 1600 Thai Bhatt. At that time we smell something is wrong . Upon examining we found that the cover was never washed and they are trying to blackmail us. But they refused to give up and repeatedly insisted we pay for it. Then we requested the floor Manager (who was very rude ) that we will try to remove the stains since we have another room. We came to our room and washed the duvet cover with normal dishwasher gel . All the stains were gone away very easily. But the receptionist and the floor manager were reluctant to admit that problem is resolved and demanded money saying that this cover is not to be used further. After much deliberation they let us check out without any penalty. Moreover when we have gone out for lunch they locked the access to our second room illegally. It was a very bad experience for us. We are sure it was a conspiracy by the receptionist , floor manager and house keeping staff. So be very careful before staying here. They are now trying to have some extra income by duping customers.

A new small but beautiful hotel. The soft furnishings and atmosphere are in place. Breakfast is when you check in. You can choose your favorite set meal and approximate meal time, and the kitchen will prepare it in advance. The deposit is in cash or passport. Overall, the experience is very good, different from the crowded feeling of resort hotels or traditional group hotels. This time I didn't bring children, if I bring children, it should not be suitable.

We had a King Room with balcony for two nights here. The room was really comfortable. Big bed, good quality linens, good sofa and the shower was nice and comfortable. The balcony with view over the canal was good to have and we sat out there watching a storm and was able to stay nice and dry. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing. The rooftop pool area was a nice place to chill out though the pool did look a little murky. Location is great, close enough to the main sights and lots of restaurants and bars within a 10/15 minute walk. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great staff, excellent location, a lovely room and good pool. My bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was great. Staff were always accomodating with any questions I had, and although the restaurants on site are currently closed there are lots of options for meals in the area. There is also great breakfast just opposite from the hotel. The area felt very safe to walk around, as well as walking to the sights. I would return here, especially once refurbishments are complete.
