I had a terrible experience at Aspira Sukhumvit. When I arrived, the air conditioning didn’t work, and despite calling the front desk, they were not helpful. They told me to wait 30 minutes to an hour, but it was still not cold even after that. The room was infested with mosquitoes, and I had to call for someone to come and spray, which was inconvenient and unpleasant.
To make things worse, one of the staff members, a *******, was extremely rude, and the other staff were unfriendly and unapproachable—they looked like they couldn’t smile if they tried. When I checked out a little late, they cut 800 baht from my deposit, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional.
The bed was full of bed bugs, and I was itching all night long. There were no basic supplies like a toothbrush, and the room was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a musty smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I found this hotel to be overall fine. The location is OK as it’s right off the main road, but it’s right past a lady boy bar where they are ultra aggressive. They are constantly grabbing at you when you walk by.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room lacked hot water and had low water pressure, making it uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, the insufficient lighting made the room feel quite scary at night. To top it off, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which further detracted from my experience. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Stayed here before. This time I was given a small boxroom even tho I paid for a superior room. Not the best stay this time compared to previous visits

Generally very comfortable and clean hotel that is located right in the center of tourist nightlife area. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and strong shower. For the price it was bargain place to stay...some good restaurants within 5 minute walk.
