I no longer book with Ctrip overseas. When something happens, Ctrip cannot connect with the hotel at all. The hotel I booked is not as described. I sent actual pictures to the customer service. I contacted the customer service and kept communicating for 2 and a half hours. Still no coordination. I said that I couldn't contact the hotel directly and had to wait for the agency to communicate with the hotel. Finally, the hotel told me that I could cancel. I immediately reported the situation to the customer service. The customer service confirmed the result and informed me that it was being processed. The second result was The customer service called me the next day and told me that I had not arrived. The customer service also kept saying that I would like to know the situation and wait for the hotel’s reply. Please, I have sent you pictures on site and confirmed the situation, so it is better to use a big platform when going abroad. Don’t use domestic apps to make reservations. Communication is really difficult and the hotel won’t recognize the platform you used to book.
