Hotels near Alfamart Logam, Bandung City

Come to Bandung by train for first time. Interesting trip despite low speed. Choosing Ibis hotel as it located near meeting place, hotel is clean and comfortable although it is small. Breakfast is always crowded but variaties is good.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. I congratulate you on the appropriate and good education. We had a lot of fun during our stay. I hope these successes will continue. Good luck

Coincidentally, I got the last room in the early 2024 holidays, at a price of 260, you could say the facilities were lacking. Room cleanliness is also lacking. Itchy bed sheets may be rarely washed or even not washed after previous guests. The bathroom tiles have peeling paint on the floor. But the AC is cold and the officers are friendly

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

Overall the hotel service and facilities was excellent, but whirlpool is not that warm enough and also the Location of the hotel is very good, near exit tol pasteur but you need to consider that area is very busy and always have a traffic jam at certain times

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.
