Room was clean and big enough. We travelled with our toddler and had a great time at this hotel. At walking distance to the seaport. Dont know why they have multiple bad reviews, airco was just working like it should. Would recommend!

No AC. The reception took no action. Terrible service. They wouldn’t even try. They told me to open the window. Feels like a sauna. Bed is hard as rock. Gym smells pretty bad. If you have another option in the region, take it, I will ask the agency to move. No way to stay 10 days in this condition.

Probably the best hotel in Bandirma. The staff are very efficient and helpful but lack of English or Spanish was a problem. The hotel is situated very centrally about 3 miles from the bus station and close to the port. It is a bit drab and appears to have seen better days - the rooms are similar though everything is clean and everything is very comfortable. The breakfasts are extensive and it caters for all guests very well. There is a taxi station next door and shops and supermarkets just outside the hotel.

Bir düğün için gittiğimizde 1 gece konakladık , oda kahvaltı olarak kaldık ama akşam yemeğinide otelde alacart olarak yemeyi tercih ettik. 3 kişi 600 tl gibi bir rakama ***et güzel bir yemek yedik. Kaldığımız oda çok geniş ve ferahtı. Oda temiz ve kahvaltı yeterli.

Otelin konumu merkezi. Yeni bir otel o nedenle de çok temizdi. Personelin ilgi ve alakası da çok iyiydi. Oda kahvaltı konaklama yaptık. Kahvaltısı da bu konseptte bir otel için ***et yeterliydi. Odalar büyük, ferah. Deniz manzaralı odalarının manzarası şahaneydi.

Das Hotel hat eine Garage die Teil Öffentlich ist und 24 Stunden besetzt. Für Hotel Gäste ist das Parken kostenlos.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Frühstück üppig und bis 12 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiter fangen auch nicht vorher an aufzuräumen wie in vielen anderen Hotels.
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Aylardan Temmuz ve otelin tüm klimaları yalnız tanrının bilebileceği bir süreç boyunca tamirde… tüm soruların muhatabı ön büro elemanları, bütün kalbimle sıkıntınızı paylaşıyorum… işletme size yıpranma payı ödemeli… bunun dışında otel kusursuz, lakin bunu fark edebilmek için beyin ve bedenin uygun serinlikte olması gerekiyor…

Hemen karşısında bulunan kardeş otel City Asya'da Nisan ayında 3 kez toplamda 15 gün kadar konakladım. Lobby ve kahvaltı servis personelleri ilgili ve nazik olduğu gibi lobby dizaynı; şık, restoranı; küçük, temiz ve şirin. Odalarda yeni mobilyalar mevcut olduğu için konforlu, nevresimler de temiz. Yalnız sabah check out yaptıktan sonra Grand Asya dan bir guest relation clerck veyahut operation manager tarafından aradım ve konakladığım sigara içilebilen bir odamda perde tülünde küçük sigara yanığı olduğu için tarafımdan 600 lira talep edildi. Kendilerine odada sigara içtiğimi reddetmeyip külünü de kül tablasına boşalttığımı ayrıca kimseyi de suçlamadan kesinlikle ben yapmadım demiyerek uzlaşmacı bir dille kendimi ifade ettim fakat odayı önceden check eden HK şeflerinin gözünden kaçmayacaklarından emin olacaklar ki ne kül tablasındaki izmariti ve külü ne de söylediklerime inanmadı. Sonuç suçlu bulundum :). Tartışmaya girmeden anlık olarak 600 lirasını havale ettim. Durum bundan ibaret olup gelmeyi planlayan misafirlerin odaya girdikten sonra etrafı kontrol edip varsa sorun direk olarak vakit kaybetmeden resepsiyona bildirmeleri tavsiyemdir. Bana gelecek olursak yakın zamanda tekrar geleceğim fakat bu sefer ne akşamları genelde çalıştırmadıkları merkezi ısıtmaya ne birçok yüzey alanını temizledikleri bezle silinen kirli, yapışkan kettle önü su, kahve bardakların temizliğini ne de haftalardır montajını biteremekleri HK şeflerinin de gözünden kaçmadığını umduğum oda kapısı üst pervazının eksikliğine ve aradan çıkan kabloya hoşgörü göstermeyeceğim. Oda 2002 genel olarak güzel 👍
