The staff are nice and the customer service is great. Things that we don't like are:
1. There's no exhaust fan in the toilet and bath.
2. The tissue holder is in the wrong place it's too low and inconvenient.

Nice clean place. Slightly outside of the main town but not a problem. 711 5 minute walk and plenty of restaurants near by

Quite ok, but there will be guests who are families with children on the second floor or are not sure which room the noise is coming from. The room is not very sound proof so they can hear it. Clear but the place is quite good, if there is a hair dryer it would be great

Good rooms with prices in the hundreds I would like to complain about the smell in the bathroom and the lighting. Everything else is good. The hotel is not far from Kwan Phayao.
