The hotel hás poor management skills and my check in was Full of Just wait a minute... Do not recommend the placa at all! It is overpriced for the poor quality and service. Unfortunatly everything is the problem of the high Seasons. Not a great excuse as several clients complaining at the same time.

Em quesitos importantes o hotel ficou devendo. Acredito que a direção do hotel deveria enviar um link com a pesquisa de satisfação já no check-in, ou o máximo no check-out, assim os hóspedes podem apontar o que eles não gostaram. No nosso caso, ficamos somente uma diária, caso ficássemos mais iríamos pedir para trocar de quarto. PONTOS POSITIVOS: * Localização ótima, perto de tudo; * Ótimo café da manhã; * Excelente atendimento dos funcionários; PONTOS NEGATIVOS: No banheiro: * Uma barata morta na luminária; * O boxe vazando água, sendo necessário deixar um pano para evitar que a água espalhe para o quarto; * Torneira vazando água e frouxa; Na cama: * Os cobertores com odor, apararentemente, utilizados por outros hóspedes; * Areia na cama. Para a direção fica a dica, quarto 4006.

Chegamos no Hotel e fomos atendidos com dssden....Falamos que éramos de São Sebastião e foi o mesmo que falar que morávamos na pior favela da Brasil. Nessa hora demos risada para não chorar rsrs..... O quarto e o banheiro são mofados, com cheiro e com foco de mofo por todo o banheiro e parte do quarto. Quarto sujo. Secador não funcionava, e apesar de pedir para trocar por varias vezes , não trocaram. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade, mas nada bom, nada de qualidade. Até o pão de queijo era ruim. Enfim, péssima experiência. Não recomendo.

Péssima experiência. Nos colocaram em um quarto em que não funcionava a internet, a tv, a descarga e a ducha higiênica. Depois da manutenção não resolver, nos trocaram de quarto, com todo transtorno. Mas enfrentamos o barulho de uma reforma no quarto ao lado e tivemos que trocar novamente. Que aborrecimento e perda de tempo! Tem mais. Dois dos elevadores não estavam funcionando.

Es el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida. Realmente asqueroso. Las sabanas estaban manchadas con algo café cuando llegamos (espero que no sea caca). No te permite hacer reembolso, muy malo de verdad por favor no vengan. Caro para lo que es además. Las fotos son un engaño.

Pésima experiencia. Fuimos con amigas éramos 4 personas, piezas separadas con 2 camas cada habitación. Para comenzar la cama era como dormir en el suelo, tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación ya que mis compañeras se quedaron en una mucho más grande, haciendo el cambio pero las camas seguían duras, pusieron un pilo para ablandarla pero de confortables no tenían nada. -El desayuno sobrevalorado, ni una maravilla. -En la habitación de mis amigas un día no hicieron limpieza y pidieron que la hagan pero la limpieza fue nefasta, un asco. -La comida del hotel muy mala. -No llega internet a las habitaciones es demasiado débil la señal -Lo único que rescató del lugar fue el personal, muy amables, entendiendo todas nuestras incomodidades trataban de hacer lo posible. -En resumen este hotel no le alcanza ni para 3 estrellas.
