We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2010 and it was my favorite place to stay as the accommodation and location are so close to a stunning beach with great snorkeling. The rooms are spaced apart from each other and have a lovely patio area to sit on with a comfy hammock which is lovely and clean and the outdoor bathroom is amazing with a banana tree hanging over our shower area! Breakfast was freshly baked bread, delicious and homemade jam And the fruit, the coffee is great. The only downside we felt was that we stayed in a fan room and struggled to sleep so would recommend an air conditioned room - I believe there are such rooms available - highly recommended for the Amed area - close to lots of food stalls and we were on the beach Dined at the Indah Cafe, the food and staff were great, the guitar talks were very talented. The snorkeling at the end of the bay is amazing, we rented sunbeds from the beach boy who was very helpful, loved the job and pointed out the best snorkeling areas. We also rented a motorbike for a day, as the area is nice, quiet, and doesn't have much traffic, and went to the Japanese Shipwreck, which is a little further along the coast.
