I have stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. It is a hidden gem: close enough to the stupa to enjoy but not so close that you get the noise. The staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast good and the beautiful garden a oasis of calm. My favorite hotel in Kathmandu

The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. This hotel is fantastic. It is clean, accommodating, and in a great location. It is within a 2 minute walk from the Boudha Stupa (the area where they shot some clips for Marvel's Dr. Strange). Because of that you will find lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee houses (try the Himalayan Java Restaurant). But the best part of the trip was interacting with the hotel owners. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were quick with a nice cup of tea or coffee and enjoyed making conversation. I learned a great deal about Nepal from them! Several times they arranged taxi's for us, being willing to communicate with the taxi drivers. The breakfast was delicious (eggs, toast, potatoes, fruit, and beans). I don't know why anyone would stay anywhere else when visiting Kathmandu!

The hotel is not big, the environment is quiet, the Tara statue in the lobby makes us feel safe and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and I would like to praise the hotel guy, who is warm and hospitable, considerate of customers, and tries to meet all requirements. Our group of 6 people are very satisfied. Warm reminder: You need to bring your own toiletries, and there is a lack of hot water for washing.

When I got off the bus, I was put on the white Hada by the hotel staff. It felt great. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very good. The booked room does not include breakfast, I don't know how the breakfast is, everything else is fine.

The hotel location is very nice and the Norbulingka terrace had one of the great views WHICH makes my stay wonderful. And food was good but “ This is request to management or who ever looking after restaurant as I stayed 5 nights.At breakfast I got all luke warm coffee and tea throughout my stay” wish aleast they can serve hot coffee or tea in the chilly morning . Overall the restaurant staff Dipesh and Tenzin are very nice.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Great Buddha Pagoda. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and sightseeing. The hotel is very clean and the equipment is not old. This kind of charge is more cost-effective in Canada. The most appreciated is the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. The food is above average. We stayed for almost a week and it was very comfortable
