The hotel we chose for this family trip is absolutely amazing! When we stepped into the room, the warm atmosphere hit us, and the layout was particularly attentive. The room was spotless, and the quality was evident in the details. There were many entertainment activities around the hotel, and the whole family had a great time. The restaurant had a rich variety of food, and both adults and children were satisfied with the food. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they responded to every request. Whether it was facilities or services, they took into account the various needs of family travel. This accommodation experience was great, and I would choose this hotel again for future travels, and I would also recommend it to friends who travel with families!

Stayed at this hotel and the experience was great! First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, located in the Huamei Resort Resort, you can park at the door. There are also shuttle buses to various locations in the resort. The room was spacious and bright, modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which guaranteed my good sleep quality. The hotel's service is also commendable. The staff Yu Xu is very friendly, attentive, patient and actively respond to my various questions. In addition, the room cleaning staff will clean carefully every day and keep the room spotless and feel at home. I wanted to eat something casually on the first night, but I didn't expect the taste to be surprisingly good and the price was not very expensive.

The water temperature is just right, and I really experienced the exclusive hot spring for two people, enjoying the starry sky at night and the lights under the mountain, which is cozy and romantic. The rafting provided by the hotel, car pick-up and drop-off, no need to make an appointment by yourself, is very convenient for our guests who don't want to make a strategy. There are few people rafting, so there is no need to worry about colliding with other tourists in the river, and the scenery on both sides of the river is also very beautiful. There are small shows every night in the commercial street at the foot of the mountain. If you are a family with children, you can watch it, and the iron flower is beautiful. There are basically all kinds of restaurants, but Wanda definitely has more varieties. If you want to eat well, you can either take a taxi to Wanda or stay in Wanda. However, the entertainment activities provided by the hotel here are more interesting and rich. It is recommended to stay here and experience it!

Great location for a few days of skiing! Breakfast is very nice with various (western) options. We would recommend to put a roomservice menu & Spa menu in the room. The ski-house is very well organized, I could change from Skies to Snowboard easy. The outside hot bath is absolutely amazing after a full day of skiing.

The hotel is located in the center of the resort, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the ski resort. The hotel facilities are very complete, with a free swimming pool, gym and billiard table. Breakfast is on the first floor of the hotel, which is mainly self-service, with a very rich variety. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff Feng Xingshan also applied for a late check-out. The room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The experience is very good! I will come again next time.

You can ski right outside ⛷️ Korean BBQ is good 👍 The hotel's butler service is very considerate. You don't have to worry about not being able to call a car on snowy days. The breakfast is very rich. It is worth it for friends who love skiing. The package skiing benefits do not require too many clothes, as they can be rented. The self-service small supermarket in the lobby on the first floor is very convenient, and snacks, warm babies and daily necessities are all available.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

The room is very nice. The bedside and some corners are clean and dust-free. The carpet is a little dirty but acceptable. It is recommended to remove the carpet to make it look cleaner. The facilities are a little old. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the hair dryer is a little broken. It would be better if it could be improved. However, it is understandable that the hotel has been around for so many years. In addition, there is only one set of shower gel and shampoo for two people staying in the hotel, which is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. It was delivered immediately after the telephone communication. It is very humane. The breakfast is very good and nutritionally balanced. I will come again for business trips in the future.
