Rooms were ok but sheets, towels and bedspreads were all dingy They didn’t look clean and the bed had pearticles in it as well as hair

Under renovation, but this was disclosed right up front. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fair value for the price.

The room was full of roaches they were everywhere in the bathroom in the shower if you would like for me to send you the video I still have a copy of it

They have a roach problem. The first room’s safety lock was broken. They moved us to another room on the 2nd night due to the noise coming from next door. Bad company next door! We did not feel safe. Could not handle the loud noise. The next room had an even worse problem with roaches :(
Other than that the beds were nice and comfortable. They had breakfast items in the morning. But I will not go back. The roach problem is unacceptable.

When I got there I ask for smoking because I thought I reserved one and instead he upgraded me to two bed and charged me for it and I didn’t get smoking. It cost me more for something I didn’t want. Also I’m atull waiting on my money to be deposited back into my account that is on hold for a week

When I got to my room there was food left in the fridge and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and I saw critters (little bugs crawling around). When I asked for more towels and a blanket, he acted like I had more people staying in my room and had to bring the towels and blanket down to my room. We were there because we had lost our mother and was there for her funeral.

The rooms were not very clean and almost all of our towels were dirty. Our room also smelled weird, we had to buy Lysol and spray our room. Very disappointed with this Hotel! And also there was roaches in the room.

The entire room is in poor condition in serious need of repairs. My two rooms should not be rented in this condition. I paid 234.00 to be grossed out.
