The room smelled of cigarette smoke, it was the county guest house, and there were car repair shops and the like downstairs. Ctrip charged a deposit of 200 yuan for the reservation, and some cheap drinks were placed in the room. After leaving, the deposit was returned less than 10 yuan. I called and asked, saying that we had consumed health care products. Will you take health supplements casually? Dare you eat something as cheap as 10 yuan?
The lady who answered the phone said to investigate, and then I told Ctrip to follow up and investigate. It’s not a 10 yuan problem, it’s that we don’t know how to consume at all.
Within half an hour, he told us that the cleaner made a mistake and needed to add me on WeChat to get a refund of 10 yuan. What is this operation? Isn’t it possible to cancel the account directly? It makes no sense to say that once you have deducted it, you cannot return it!

經常到拜城出差，一直住在輝煌酒店，有家的感覺。酒店地理位置優越，停車方便。前台的美女小姐姐丹丹和迪麗熱巴熱情周到，輕生慢語，很不錯。客房的萬興麗大姐服務周到熱情，很有耐心，房間還有免費的小食品。二樓是早餐廳，品種齊全味道可口，真的是一家很好的酒店，值得推薦。
