I stayed at this hotel with my parents and husband. My husband and I had the smaller room which had a slightly unpleasant smell from the bathroom (which needed some tlc as the sealant was coming away in the shower and the glass panel wasn't keeping the water in). My parents room didn't seem to have this problem at all. For the price it is a good hotel in a nice location with decent service but nothing amazing. The breakfast was just below average (not a lot of choice and quality of a few things could have been better). On weekends it can also be very noisy (despite seeming like it is on a quiet street there are a lot of people walking around and the windows don't keep out the noise!).

Very nice place. The building is beautiful, ideally located. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous, the staff was friendly. We decided to treat ourselves with an extra night. The only down side: the parking has a really narrow and difficult access, we were not comfortable to use it and went to the public garage at walking distance.

There is an underground parking lot, with a steep slope. The hotel room is not small, and the location is very good. There is a cafe across the road, where you can have breakfast. You can walk to the cathedral and the hotel within 10 minutes.

Weve used this hotel on four occasions over the last ew years and it has always provided a good overnight experience. Recently refurbished, it is now a litte more up to date. Very onvenient when travelling to southern Spain.

Personal increible, de 10. Instalaciones perfectas. Ubicacion perfecta, el mejor hotel para visitar Baeza, no tengo minguna duda de ello. Si quereis pasar una estancia agradable y en el mejor sitio de la ciudad es este sin minguna duda. Recomendado

Similarly, the reservation was made for 2 people, but the second was unable to travel and host**** due to the death of a direct family, as they requested compensation for the higher payment made, by a non-contracted breakfast, The answer is that ”it is not possible because the wholesale reservation does not allow any changes”. I will try to take into account the treatment received for future reservations.
