Hotel que no deberia tener 4 estrellas ya que en algunos aspectos su nivel podria ser clasificado de pension.
Preparate para despertarte a las 7 am con incesantes y fuertes ruidos de platos, cubiertos... provenientes de la cafeteria. Esto seria aceptable en un albergue, nunca en un hotel y menos de 4 estrellas.
Tambien ruido de agua moviendose por tuberias en la pared junto al cabecero de la cama.
El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente.
Ligero olor a tuberias en el cuarto de baño.
Lo dicho, mas que un hotel de 4 estrellas, una pension a precio de oro.
Terrible. Creo que mi peor experiencia.

Buen hotel, mobiliario y decoración un tanto antigua pero acogedor, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Excelente el trato del personal. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Situado un poco alejado del centro, le da tranquilidad y fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores

Me produce mucha insatisfacción que la atención hotelera sea industrial y escasamente humanizada. Este hotel, al final, resulta profundamente deshumanizado.
En pocos días, dentro de la misma semana, me he hospedado 3 días en Hotel Infanta Cristina y he apreciado su compartamiento y trato deshumanizado. He tenido necesidad de imprimir 2 páginas de un escrito tipo MANIFIESTO a favor de la CIUDAD DE JAÉN frente a la UNESCO y me han advertido de la posible mala calidad de la impresión y, a pesar de ello, del cobro de 10m cts de €uro por cada página, un mensaje claramente contrario a atender la necesidad del cliente; por supuesto no realicé la impresión, fuí a un hotel alternativo (donde ni siquiera era huesped y me realizaron la impresión gratis y sobre la marcha. De igual modo, la reserva se hizo para 2 personas, pero la segunda no pudo viajar y hosped**** por fallecimiento de un familiar directo, al solicitar una compensación del pago superior realizado, mediante un desayuno no contratado, la respuesta es que "no es posible, porque la reserva del mayorista no permite modificaciones". Trataré de tener en cuenta el trato recibido para futuras reservas. Muchas gracias
