Enjoy a lot. The only drawback, we went to the thermo source a bit late around 7 pm and the water was not really warm...
But okay in general for everything.

Auch wenn sich das Wetter anfangs April nicht immer von der besten Seite zeigte, in diesem Hotel waren wir bestens aufgehoben. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, welche (fast) immer Zeit für ein Schwätzchen hatten, trugen zu einer familiären Ambience bei. Die vielfältige Auswahl an gesunden Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet hat uns geschmeckt. Die grosse Klasse der Küchenbrigade hat sich beim beim Abendessen gezeigt. Zart zubereitete Speisen, geschmacklich fein abgestimmte Saucen und Desserts wie aus dem Bilderbuch haben uns begeistert. Ideal in der Post: nach einem Ausflug mit der Konuskarte ist man flugs in der hoteleigenen Therme und kann sich in den Dampfbädern, Saunen und im Thermalschwimmbecken erholen. Die trotz dem zentralen Standort ruhige Lage der Zimmer trägt zur ganzen Entspannung bei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un bel hôtel à la déco chaleureuse très germanique ! nous avions pris un studio, grande chambre avec un joli balcon, coin salon et mini bar. Très calme et très propre. Le personnel est attentif et professionnel. Excellents petits déjeuners avec beaucoup de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts, produits de qualité. Nous avons diné au restaurant, pareil, le personnel est bienveillant et sympathique, et parle anglais, utile lorsqu'on ne parle pas allemand... Le repas était très bon et bien présenté. Notre seule remarque concerne l'absence de menu en anglais ou français, ou la possibilité d'obtenir la traduction via un QR code. Pareil pour la chambre, il faudrait des chaines de télévision françaises et anglaises. Nous avons aussi profité du SPA et de la très belle piscine, tout est bien propre, dans un joli cadre, reposant, nombreux saunas et hammam. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Notre séjour de 4 jours était top, les parties communes sont propres !
Au niveau piscine et bien être tout ne fonctionne pas (les saunas sont pas chaud malgré la mise en route!)
Et dans les chambres la clim du côté réservé n’est pas présente un peu chaud la nuit à 3 dans la chambre ! Les repas proposés sont assez chers (et encerclé par les mouches en mangeant du poisson) mais bcp de restaurant autour donc c’est pas une fatalité !Autrement merci ☺️

Der warme und herzliche Empfang passt zu diesem klassisch gestalteten Hotel in zentraler Lage in Bad Badenweiler. Die vielen Ebenen des Hotels/Restaurants erfordern zunächst etwas Orientierung, haben dann aber den Vorteil, dass die Räume nie zu groß (und zu laut) sind. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich und übersichtlich (im positiven Sinne), preislich im oberen mittleren Bereich. Die Qualität des Essens und der Zutaten war erfreulich hoch. Das Schwimmbecken macht (verständlicherweise) in den Prospekten und online einen großzügigeren Eindruck, als in der Wirklichkeit. Das Kapitel (Einzel-) "Zimmer" ist dagegen ziemlich traurig. Das sehr kleine Zimmer im 2. Stock verfügte zwar über einen Balkon, der aber im Prinzip nicht nutzbar ist: Der Blick geht in einen äußerst unattraktiven engen Hinterhof. Die Abluft der Küche macht den ganzen Tag bis in den Abend hinein Lärm, sodass man auch das Fenster nicht auflassen kann. Hätte ich eine Woche in diesem Zimmer verbringen müssen oder das Wetter wäre katastrophal gewesen, wäre ich ausgezogen. Beim Frühstück konnte ich mich des Verdachts von (typischen) Aufbackbrötchen nicht erwehren .
