The price was unfortunately not appropriate for this hotel. Previously: Breakfast was very varied with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as freshly prepared whisky and a coffee machine with many coffee variants. Top! The staff was very friendly and premature, as well as a free parking was available. However, unfortunately, our room was not clean, and many things were already broken and discharged: walls, doors and boards broken and bladed, as well as sticks on the wall that must come from the shower behind them; The furnace in the bathroom is sticky and dry, the river is broken in the washing basin, the silicone fuels in the shower were leafed off and were partly muddy. Unfortunately, under the bed was not cleaned (light floor cover). The reference to the lady at the reception from me and my request to fix this followed the statement: ”It is cleaned under the bed in a regular tour.” ????????? Unfortunately, we were probably those where the tour was not just .....and under the bed was not wiped next day. I would doubt whether this is in the sense of an advertised allergic room. I found the room very nicely furnished, the refrigerator was on the floor and was closed as TVs and lamps at the arrival from the electricity. All in all, you can find today even youth hostels in a better condition than this hotel.

Wir planten zu sechst ein Familientreffen in Bad Salzuflen. Es passte zunächst alles! Der Zeitpunkt, das Wetter, die Stimmung und das Hotel. Ein freundlicher Empfang sorgte zunächst dafür, daß wir ,2 gehbehinderte Paare, kostenlose reservierte Parkplätze erhielten. So etwas hebt schon die Stimmung. Das dann in Anspruch genommene barrierefreie Zimmer war ideal und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber, groß und genügend Bewegungsfreiheit! Ein ganz kleinen Hinweis würde ich geben, bitte das WC Becken etwas höher. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten ein großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allein die Enkel fanden ihr Bett etwas schmal. Kein Problem für den freundlichen und wendigen Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Er versprach ein Upgrad, wenn Gäste nicht anreisen würden. So kams dann auch und 6 strahlende Gesichter konnten sich den angebotenen Highlights der Stadt widmen. Doch dann kam es dicke und gleich doppelt. Krankheit und Missgeschicke zwangen uns zur sofortigen Rückreise. Jetzt ging es um Schadensbegrenzung! Dem Hotel sollte kein Schaden entstehen und wir wollten unseren begrenzen. Nach Schilderung der Sachlage konnten wir wir bei der Hotelleitung auf ein gewisses Verständnis bauen und man kam uns zur Schadensminderung kulant entgegen. Dafür sprechen wir unseren ausdrücklichen Dank aus! Für uns ist es Pflicht und ein dringendes Bedürfnis recht bald wieder einzukehren. Nach einem hervorragendem Frühstück traten wir einigermaßen getröstet unsere Heimreisen an. Manfred
