It was a good place to stay, including facilities and room condition. I used it on a business trip, but it would also be good to use with family or friends. If I come again, I will visit again.

A/C-heater unit ran loud and rumbled all night long. Woke us several times.
No cable programs to TV despite resetting converter box.
Bathroom faucet valve sprayed water across counter.

This property was sub standard for a Best Western. They had me on the 2nd floor and no handicapped accessibility. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and they water took so long to go down the drain. The tv remote didn't work properly at all. It took at least 30 minutes to figure out. I called to ask what time breakfast was on Saturday and the lady was quite curt with her response. Breakfast sandwich was rock hard. Heat lamp did not heat the bathroom. Never again!

Clean and wonderful staff. Beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable but our overall stay was pleasant.
