Motoyu Ryokan

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations considering the location of Atsugi. (Excuse me) But what do you think? When I actually stayed there, I was completely charmed by the continuous satisfaction level that met (or exceeded) the reputation of the guests. There was an open-air bath in the room, so I was able to spend more time with my family than usual, which was a great memory. Facilities, guest rooms, food, and baths. A perfect lineup with no gaps. To put it simply, the portions of the dishes are large, so it may be difficult for people with small appetites. I was surprised to find such a wonderful inn not far from Tokyo. I will continue to use it when visiting Kanagawa.

In any case, there is a lack of hygiene.・The cup in the bathroom was dirty, not just a little, but about 1 cm. I reported it to the hotel because I couldn't remove all of it by washing it with water. ・Tea leaves were left in some places after using the teapot. It was probably not cleaned properly, so there were tea leaves on the tea strainer net and tea leaves on the lid. ・I received it as a service. Broken glass in red rice? There were probably a lot of things going on, so my child had some sekihan to celebrate Children's Day in their lunch, but it was actually glass? There are pieces of plastic... There probably wasn't any contamination when the child ate it, but when I, the parent, ate it, it hit my teeth and made a strange crunching sound. When it comes out of my mouth, it looks like shards of glass. I was reluctant to tell you about it since it was a gift. But broken glass? Plastic fragments were found in the children's meals, making me question their hygiene.・The TV in the dining room does not turn on When the meal is almost finished, the TV does not turn on. Terrestrial digital is also impossible. The food was delicious and I could feel the care that you would expect from an old ryokan, but I would like to see a minimum level of cleaning. The amount of foreign substances in the food is shocking. It was a blessing in disguise that I was the one who put it in my mouth, not my daughter's. I'm scared to think that my daughter would have eaten it. I think the quality of the hot springs was good. It was nice to hear the sound of the river in the rooms with open-air baths. A lot of things had happened, so I was feeling a bit uneasy about something... I apologized to them at a good old ryokan, and I received a typical half bottle of wine, as well as a children's lunch and ice cream, but... I felt exhausted and confused, so I wrote this. I will definitely never visit again.

温泉5点 食事4.5点 サービスは平均で3点にしましたが細かく言うと フロント1点 食事係3点 それ以外5点 という感想でした。 夕食時は案内して下さるとの事で待ってたら、10分前にドアがバンバンバン！！ びっくりしましたが、良い人そうなので悪気ないんだなって感じです(^^;) その夕食担当の方は新人の方みたいで「ですのでお客様と同じです」との事。 あとから思うと、いつもは他の職種担当してる方で今回は応援出来てた方？とも思いました。もしかして。 そして料理の説明もほぼあまりないですが、隣の部屋にはベテランの方が付いたみたいで、その方が隣のお客さんにしてる料理説明で事足りましたｗ コチラにも声筒抜けなので。 で、夕食中に部屋に冷水ポットやスティックのお茶を置いて下さってあったのは有難いのですが、、、。ベッドのあるお部屋だし、チェックイン時も、部屋での記帳時にも、夕食担当の方からも、どなたからも何も言われてなかったのでまさか留守中に部屋に誰か入るなんて想定外。貴重品おきっぱ、衣類ぬぎっぱだったし、びっくりですよ。 ほんと前もって教えて欲しい、、心構え必要だし。 良いとこは、同行者はベッドがすごく寝心地良かったみたいで夜早くからぐっすり熟睡してました。 あと温泉が本当に素晴らしかったです。 絶対また入りに来たいと思いました。
