This is the best hotel in the city hands down no because the rooms are great not because of the location but because of the staff. One staff member in particular is absolutely the most accommodating and friendly hotel front desk in America. NADEEM GOES ABOVE, AND YEYOND EXPECTATIONS TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND JUST KNOW SHE IS THE BEST..

This hotel is like no other anywhere! The facilities are great but that's not what makes this hotel the best in America... The staff is what makes this hotel the best period.. From the housekeeping to the front desk to the management this hotel never dissapoints me and that is what makes this hotel so great... If you are planning a trip to metro Atlanta this is the hotel that will make your trip one to remember

The best thing about this property is the staff Asha who works at the front desk is absolutely the best she is so friendly and accommodating if you have any question but we're going to stay in Atlanta Georgia True by Hilton Atlanta Galleria ballpark is where you want to stay

I have to say the women at the front desk at check in is the best experience I have ever had at a property. she is polite considerate and a, dream to work with in a hotel. she deserves a promotion and a raise. She is above and beyond any front desk at any property anywhere. Every hotel should strive to have employees as wonderful as her... 5-STAR SERVICE!!!

What makes this property the best is not just the hotel.. The rooms are fantastic and the layout itself is amazing but that's nothing compared to how friendly and helpful the staff has been during my stay they go above and beyond any place I've ever stayed and I prefer this property to the most lavish hotels in Atlanta... There is nowhere I would rather stay and the staff should be aware they are what makes this place the best hotel in Atlanta without a dowbt
