The room hardware is good and clean, but they forgot to put bathrobes in the room. When I went swimming, I met a Chinese guy who said that the suite was not cleaned in time, let alone the ordinary room. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

房間很大～就是傢俱和設計是以前歐洲的簡約風格，可能是酒店比較老了，走廊有一股黴味，餐廳裝修不錯，明亮乾淨，吃的都以麪包沙拉水果為主。 還想分享一下，因為當天晚上辦的入住，不久後就有一位女士來敲門，而且説的不是中文和英語，沒聽懂，根本不敢開門，出門在外還是謹慎的好。

I chose Sheraton for my trip with my parents. The thing I want to complain about the most is the shower room. 特別好，整個都挺好的，我喜歡它家的游泳池和健身房，健身房很大，器材很多種，還有拳擊沙袋呢，游泳池水很清，旁邊還有桑拿房、熱水池，設施跟東北的洗浴中心差不多，很全。早餐非常好，我訂的房間是含早餐的，但那個長得像中國女生的服務員拿個賬單讓我簽，不知道啥意思，是要小費嗎？提個建議，房間冰箱裏和一樓酒吧都沒有哈薩克斯坦當地的啤酒。
