This was our first time visiting Aspen. We decided in advance to break up the 12-day trip by staying in two resorts in order to have two different experiences. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jerome. The atmosphere was upscale, inviting and created a great vibe (we loved the music!). The room was spacious, well designed and the bathroom size and finishes were a welcomed upgrade from the other resort we stayed at. The service at Hotel Jerome was fantastic namely the valet staff (in particular Victor), the concierge (Cye was always professional and accommodating) while the room service, waitress service and bar service were superb! The food was outstanding and we appreciated being able to eat outside in the Garden with all of the menu options available to us! The pool area was a perfect setting to relax after a busy day of activities. The spa staff was professional and accommodating. And last but not least, there was no better dessert in Aspen than Hotel Jerome's mini-donuts! We can honestly say that our experience at Hotel Jerome was OUTSTANDING and we definitely plan to be back!

Very clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Multiple shuttles for the 4 mountains (for ski season). Good food. Close to all the good restaurants and shopping (walking distance). Very popular bar for happy hour or after hours.

We had coffee in the Felix Roasting coffee shop in the hotel. The coffee options were small, perhaps 9 oz.'s. However, the croissants were fantastic, very light and buttery. They don't provide a copy of your individual order, just a credit card receipt with the total purchase amount.

The Hotel Jerome is hands down the most beautiful hotel in Aspen. It is impeccable in design, cleanliness, service and hospitality. The restaurants and bar are fantastic. Friendliest and most helpful team we have experienced.

The worst service in Aspen for way overpriced drinks. Bartender was complaining about the establishment, and how many days he worked. We didn't need to hear this and get terrible service. Extra dirty Martini was well clean. Service can be bad when a 22% tip is included. Wasnt even worth 6% tip. How do some places stay in business? Maybe its the nice people with the cowboy hats out front. Better experiences nearby.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Every detail of the hotel and room was an experience. Definitely a must experience place. Hospitality exceeded our expectations. Everyone spoke to us with our name. I am now curious to find out their other reports and experience them around the world.

Hotel Jerome is a true 5 star experience. Excellent, professional, confident service from everyone. Warm and friendly without ever being intrusive. The hotel has a lot of character, and the bar in the Living Room and the J Bar are inviting. I appreciated that tips were included on the various restaurant and bar checks, and the staff unfailingly pointed that out when handing us any check. Aspen is expensive, and the Hotel Jerome is even more so, but it is a wonderful place to stay and we will come back.

I went for lunch with my wife. The service was slow and inattentive, like we were doing them a favor! ( which we were because there were 5 people in the restaurant at noon) The soup was inedible, salty, and my Mac and cheese was tasteless. 70 dollars for two bad dishes and 22% AUTOMATIC TIP which I totally resented. I happily pay for good service and food. This experience was the opposite

We are fortunate to stay at the Jerome for the X Games on a yearly basis. From the moment you enter the hotel you are treated with respect and made to feel very special. World class service. Highly recommend.
