Molded showers, hair and dirt in clothing drawers and cabinets, peeling bed frames and swollen, peeling ceilings. Dirty carpets. Hair and dirt on bathroom floors, dirty corners and baseboards. Check in was not smooth, after we got a free stay for having a horrible experience cle the first time, they didn’t care to fix anything. They just gave us a free room that was substantially the same, only for one night, when we paid for three before and had a ruined vacation all together. So this one day make up round was the same dirtyy molded shower as in original stay, same dirty grout, moldy showers and rubbery pillows, only when we got to the room, keys didn’t work. Returned to fix keys, went up again, keys didn’t work. Third time the manger went up himself and opened the doors with new set of keys. Went to dinner, the restautant served spoiled vine and when we brought it up, the server told us how amazing our taste buds are and didn’t bother apologizing. She kept coming back amused with our taste buds. Awkward, poorly trained staff, grabbing plates from table when we are not done eating, without asking. Some staff doesn’t speak a word of English. Just feels like you are in some uncivilized place except you are in practically in Aspen.
