We spent one night in a family room. Hotel is simple but the room we had was large with a double bed and a sofa bed. We - essentially four adults - had no problems being in the same room together. Breakfast is at a café 3 minutes walk away. You get a voucher for a coffee and a cornetto. One plus is that the room had a coffee machine with capsules. Staff at reception were kind. It does not seem possible to park on the street in the city centre. You need a residents card and the parking area was full. So we used the locked garage offered by the hotel (15 euros a night), which is about 400 metres away. Recommended.

The room we had was a little small but clean, the furniture was dated, the staff available, friendly and professional. The hotel is a great place to make a few appetites and some other salad. It is difficult to reach the centre walking distance because it is not particularly far away (20-30 minutes walking distance) there is a nice rise to the back. We used the car and parked in one of the pay-per-payment parkings near the centre.

Some previous guests complained about the hotel ”retro”, but I think it's a ”plus”, the room opens with a key! YEAH! You never happened to do 10 floors ..to find out that the magnetic card doesn't work ... And go back to the hall and go back (also pressure)... To speed up bureaucratic practices at The hotel is comfortable, a large parking, my room had a balcony (shared with other nearby rooms but ”shared” with some rings) The room was very quiet and clean, we didn't try the restaurant. The hotel has a large room with a nice breakfast, a large room with a supermarket. All staff are in the heart of my staff thankful, unfair and efficient. Very good price quality.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Starting from the month of August 2022, I found myself in Teramo several times and the choice of accommodation has always fallen on this structure: the prices are very honest, considering the central location and the services offered. Although I have not yet used it due to personal habit, I can assure you that breakfast boasts a wide choice of products; in addition to the fact that it is always served on a tray by 9.30 in front of your room, I was able to ascertain that the staff pays some attention to food intolerances (I remember that I was asked if anyone present was intolerant to lactose or have celiac disease in order to take individual breakfast needs into account). The linen in the rooms is of excellent quality. The room is cleaned daily; as for the latter, its fundamental characteristic is a careful study of the spaces, between the sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom, while always respecting the plan of the original building (I would like to point out that the bathroom, depending on the type of room chosen , can be internal or adjacent to it, i.e. conceived as a unit in its own right). There is an internal lift, as the property is spread over three distinct floors (the rooms are on the first and second floors, while on the ground floor you will find the reception and the garage reserved for guests). The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and two small shower gels; towels are provided in pairs for each guest and are also replaced with a certain generosity. I always recommend confirming your booking via email a few days before, so that you can agree with Mauro - the owner - on the check-in and check-out times, on which he is very flexible.
