I was glad to have chosen this hotel for a 3-night stay. The room was cozy but clean, everything in very good condition, big variety of choices for breakfast actually I don't think there was anything you couldn't get for breakfast and the manager at the breakfast area is a very friendly guy that welcomes you with a smile. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. Apart from the in-house restaurant which is very good there are also some very good restaurants at walking distance. It takes 15 min to the Messe and the bus stop is right across the street. Will most probably stay again as the location is very convenient to me for either getting fast to Munich or driving to Manching. The area is also very quiet for an undisturbed night sleep. I would only wish that there were some umbrellas or something similar at the nice quiet back terrace protecting from rain.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

The room was neat and clean, although not very big, the service was very good, Facilities: It is also quite complete. There is a small restaurant on the first floor. There are various simple Western dishes. The French fries are good. Eat a burger fries drink milk package of 18 euros. Do you think it is expensive?

Quite good! The hotel, however, does not have a direct telephone number neither a direct email address, hence, when I wrote an email to the ”main” address the answer came back almost a week later, a second one written on April 30 still has not been answered. So why not have the possibility to write or call the prizeotel of your destination/stay? Something to think about I would say. Unfortunately, when asked about bus timetable in front of the hotel the receptionist could not provide any information - had to go to the stop to see the timetable. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to travellers: courtesy, friendliness and fantastic breakfast choices.

Very good location for us due to job at Munich Exhibition Complex, we were very satisfied and will come back again soon. We use Ibis hotels because we are very satisfied with quality of trooms and price.

This hostel is the place where you can stay on a short budget in Munich. Equipment is modern, but service is not high standard, e.g. you need to actively ask for bedsheets at the registration. Cleanliness is ok but not at top-notch level.

Let me start out with the positives. Our visit was three days in September Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Room #310. First of all, it is so charming from the outside of the building (s). The drive we took to get there went through winding corn fields was so pleasant. There are two beautiful yellow and white buildings separated by a courtyard, outdoor eating/seating area and glass surrounded eating area. This hotel has charm just oozing out of it! Every nook and cranny you turn, there is a different well styled display. The interior decorator of this place should be commended. Even the outdoor grounds were all manicured and had so many different areas for guests to enjoy...just lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, from fresh, fruits, breads to caprese salad. The quaint wood room breakfast area was so cozy and you could just imagine what it was used for from days gone by. I'd love to give this charmer a five start but there were a few negatives. The biggest concern was if you like your sleep, I wouldn't go on a weekend. They must specialize in hosting wedding receptions as they had a wedding on both Friday (around midnight) and Saturday (later than midnight) nights. We had a lovely room facing the church, however, it also is right above the party tent that loud, dance music played all night. The roosters at the farm next door and the chiming of the church bells early in the morning were pleasant ways to wake up but the late night party music I found disturbing. My guess is that how they make a majority of their revenue so they cater to the wedding parties. I can appreciate that. Did the negatives out weigh the positives? NO WAY..I'd stay here again in a heartbeat...might just be during a week day! :)

Like all the B&B hotels I know, the Munich Messe is simple, convenient and well. The rooms are small, but absolutely sufficient for city trips or fair trips, only a little more stuff would be desirable when stays that go for more than 2 nights. I live often out of the bag. Breakfast is good and offers a sufficient choice, a remarkable regional adaptation for example for bakers, so there were lagows in Munich, which I have never had in northern Germany. The hotel is identified here with the surrounding area. The location is quiet, as not in the city centre, relatively well also reach publicly, if you can walk a few steps more, but food in the direct environment is a little difficult, there is a nice Indian in the direct vicinity, But not much more.

Very quiet hotel in a side street in the residential area walking only about 20 minutes from the riem arcade. Very nice well-equipped rooms. A disturbing noise from the bathroom from the water watch was immediately removed after the notification. A great breakfast. Thanks for again!

Loved staying here. Really nice room, loved being able to connect to Netflix. Beds are so comfy!! Nice bar and restaurant. There's a tram just outside hotel which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. There's an Aldi next door, a Domino's up the road and a lovely little Italian nearby called Bella Rosa. Highly recommended hotel.
