I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

The view from the lounge and top restaurant are spectacular!! Loved going to the spa and then spending the rest of the day by the pool! Buffet offered a lot of choices for all nationalities with several other restaurants on site. First time ever using a hotel laundry service and was impressed with the service. Towards the back of the property there is a restaurant and area where artists with disabilities make their crafts. We found it very wonderful to meet the artists and see how they do their work. Livingston, a deaf glass artist, was very engaging and we bought several of his items. Service was excellent through out the hotel and we would highly recommend it.

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic, the front desk is very good and late check-out until two o'clock in the afternoon, breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat. Tanzan blue is sold in the lobby but there are not many varieties. The most important thing is that when the hotel goes out and turns left along the wall, there is a Chinese restaurant. It takes less than five minutes to walk. The owner is a Shanghainese. The food is cheap and delicious. The owner also does tourism projects and is very nice.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast dishes are rich, and the location of the hotel is also good. It is very suitable for business trips. I will consider staying next time I come to Istanbul.

Travelling to Kilimanjaro, Serengeti, Via Ngorongoro and Masai Mara, has been amongst the best experience for the group of 6, for whom Abu and his team had so thoughtfully curated arrangements. Food compulsions were attended to in detail and travel arrangements and stay arrangements were far excellence, attention to details was outstanding, and very importantly the personal care and oversight extended by Abu, Jayesh and his team were truly outstanding. Anybody making their first trip to Africa the go to team should be Abu/Jayesh.

It was such a lovely place to stay. So quiet and such lovely staff to help with anything you need! They made a good breakfast to go as we started our safari very early in the morning, they even phoned us to make sure we where up in time for our lift!
