The location is amazing sadly the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Beds were uncomfortable with flat pillows. Towels were very old and grey. The pool area needed attention, the pool was dirty and had scum line around it. The pool beds and cabanas needed cleaning and repairing. We were disappointed with the standard of hygiene in the bar area. It was dirty, the glasses were not cleaned properly and tables were sticky. The glass doors were greasy and covered in fingerprints. The reception staff were very helpful and professional. Food was good and restaurant was clean.

Very nice hotel with extremely good service. All facilities were clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast and dinner included plenty of products to choose from. Next to the hotel itself, the location is absolutely beautifull, with an old spanish village and a great view on the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Fuimos de relax y a descansar, y nos encontramos con una estancia bastante desagradable. Pagas un alojamiento de 4 estrellas.. y nada que ver. Para empezar la recepcionista atiende con bastante desgana, llegamos a la habitación y estaba comunicada con otra, con una puerta en la que escuchábamos todo y no había nada de intimidad, había problemas eléctricos con los enchufes y el dispositivo para la tarjeta de la habitación toda la noche haciendo ruido. La insonorización no existe, a las 7 de la mañana empiezan los portazos. El buffet nada que ver con lo que enseñan en la web, no se puede pagar en efectivo, no reponen la comida.. deja mucho que desear para el precio que cobran por una cena. Muy decepcionados, no volveremos.

Para empezar solo reservan habitacion con media pensión incluida, la cena es bufet, bebidas a parte, el agua también se cobra,, no se puede pagar en efectivo o te lo apuntan o tarjeta, igual que en el bar. El restaurante es una sala para unos 200 comensales, con los correspondientes niños chillando. Nos sentaron a unos 3 metros del carro donde se tiraban los restos y se acumulaban los platos sucios con el correspondiente estrépito. Habitación limpia y correcta eso si, entregada a las 14,50 (Hsta las 15 no se puede entrar.....) La puerta de la habitación solo se puede cerrar al salir con un buen portazo, con lo que lo de hacer la siesta es imposible ...la insonorización no existe y a las 7 de la mañana empiezan los portazos de nuevo......resumen a las 8,30 hemos abandonado el hotel con la firme idea de no acercarnos nunca más.....!!!!!

Ha sido todo un acierto pasar unos días en este hotel en el que te sientes como en casa. La cercanía a Arnés y la vista nocturna del pueblo es un espectáculo que te trasporta a épocas pasadas por la luz tenue de las calles. Desde la llegada en recepción hasta la atención que nos tuvo Juani , siempre dispuesta a que el cliente se encuentre cómodo en el hotel, ha sido un gran placer pernoctar en este complejo hotelero. Muy tranquilo y agradable la estancia.
Sábanas y toallas impecables. El desayuno variado y cosas ricas. Cerca del pueblo a sólo un paseo de allí y cerca también de otros pueblos de la zona de Matarrañas para visitar.

Sólo hemos estado una noche pero el hotel, las instalaciones, la cena y el desayuno nos han gustado mucho. No había mucha gente ese fin semana y hemos estado muy bien. El entorno y el pueblo de Arnes son preciosos. Si volvemos a la zona seguro que repetimos. Recomendable.

Todo un descubrimiento. Ya he repetido y volveré. Me encanta el entorno y he recomendado el establecimiento a amigos y familiares. Para el que quiera naturaleza en estado puro a no muchos Km de la ciudad, es un buen campo base para conocer la Terra Alta.
