If you have to stay in Arita for the night, this would be one of the quiet comfortable options to go for. The rooms are built out of containers, and the decor is a little more on the ”industrial” side, but the rooms are comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms and all the usual amenities provided. Breakfast is western, but with Japanese attention to detail. Rooms are not exactly cheap but the hotel is located right smack in Arita Sera, where all the pottery shops are congregated, for those who want to roll out of bed to do pottery shopping. Not much else. So, recommended just for a stopover night.

I stayed for a non-smoking single １ week. The lighting-related switches beside the bed with indoor equipment, the radio and air conditioning switches that would have been used in the past cannot be adjusted (automated?). Because it is like this, it feels expensive as a business hotel, but this time there was a national trip discount and Nagasaki's own coupon, and it was good because it was able to stay at less than half the price.

There is a room for dinner with a private space that is excellent, and Kaiseki cuisine is exquisite and delicious. Near the supermarket, easy to buy daily necessities, not too close to the shopping street, 5 to 10 minutes, there is a welcome service, the hall is very large and beautiful, there is a library, there is a store, there is a bar, there are many special tea products.

The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind. I rarely give 5 stars by word of mouth, but this time I will give it a 5 star rating. It is one of the hotels I want to repeat.
