Seen from the outside it is also nice, but once you enter the rooms, if you can define them as such, everything is scruffy, even the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Breakfast to forget packaged snack and coffee. Unprofessional staff, I had to make arrangements on my own to cancel the 2nd night with Booking, only to find a note attached to the owner's door asking me to warn him urgently, when contacted he asked me how I could get the keys despite the cancellation. Professionalism of the employees and at this point I would also like to say of the owner equal to zero.

We booked in June to stay two nights and take advantage of the "fish only" restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Despite our insistence they tell us that for telephone booking there is no need for deposits or return messages. We travel a lot and as we usually do when we get closer to the structure we warn of our arrival, so three hours before we call and they tell us that there is no reservation for either the structure or the restaurant, finding ourselves still far away we ask what to do and they tell us that they will fix everything, they confirm the reservation for both the farm and for dinner and we leave the mobile number again to avoid going up there if there were other problems. Presented to us on site, a girl welcomes us badly by telling us that we had the wrong structure, that the reservation, even if made on their number, resulted in another structure connected to them nearby, and that either we went to the other structure or we could look for another place. For dinner, if we really wanted to, they would look for a place for us, but they made us understand that even if we didn't stop, it was better. In despair and very disappointed we go to the other much uglier and rougher structure only for that night as we find nothing else nearby. The idea we have is that they play on overbooking and then fill the roughest structure with "you either go there or you manage at the last minute". Never again and I hope I can be useful to others so they don't engage in similar scams.

Very nice view with the sea in the distance. Decent room even if someone should cut the brambles in front of the small terrace. Total silence at night and room cleaned well. The prepayment without even seeing the room and the lack of light on the driveway to reach the house are perplexing. I would recommend an occupancy sensor. For the rest all normal

Reservation made by telephone in the month of June to stay in July (1 month before): I called on the same day of arrival to also book dinner at the restaurant and they told me they didn't have my reservation but that they would sort everything out by talking to the management anyway …we arrive at the facility in the evening and nothing, our reservation wasn't there, they diverted us to a decidedly inferior facility and even at the restaurant they made it clear that we wouldn't be welcome: they managed to ruin my wedding anniversary! Incompetent and rude staff, if you book by phone and talk to a man leave it alone, it's like talking to the wind... rather go through *********** if you really want to stay here: strongly not recommended!

We arrived and found the room still with some dirt from the previous guests. I state that the day before our arrival we had asked if we could enter in the morning, they answered yes. NON-EXISTENT HOT WATER, so we hoped to take a shower in the afternoon. STILL NO HOT WATER. They repeat to us that the technician is not working. We arrive in the evening how nice you can wash ... SBUM NO HOT WATER, THEY PROPOSE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER STRUCTURE OF THEIRS i still have to wait 30 minutes for hot water .. they say not far from there ... all this at 19.30 in the evening ... NO SHOW YET ... at 23.00 they call us on the phone apologizing, NO HOPE FOR HOT WATER ... THE WASHER BROKEN TAB. IN THE MORNING BREAKFAST WITH 4 THINGS TAKEN AT THE DISCOUNT ... To add that on the phone at the time of booking they had said a price and at the time of payment INCREASED (OBVIOUSLY ADVANCED UPON ARRIVAL) ... EXPERIENCE OF DIMEN

Premetto che sto recensendo solo gli appartamenti. Vista spettacolare, ma finisce qui. Polvere ovunque, pulizia sommaria. Lenzuola e asciugamani con buchi. Dispencer del sapone vuoti. Mobili scrostati. Avevo richiesto una culla in fase di prenotazione e avevo chiamato per conferma 2 giorni prima dell’arrivo. In camera non c’era traccia della culla e quando l’ho fatto presente in reception si sono presentati con un letto anni 80’ in legno evidentemente appartenuto a qualcuno della famiglia, insieme al piumone sporco che era stato messo a copertura del materasso il 29 Luglio (piumone verde smeraldo logoro con muffa e figurine di calciatori stampate). Ho cercato di togliere il piumone per mettere un lenzuolo del letto ma ahimè ho scoperto che anche il copri materasso era con muffa e con un alone di pipì (evidentemente non era mai stato lavato). Non ho avuto il coraggio di far dormire la mia bambina in quel letto, per una notte ci siamo stretti nel lettone. Se potete evitate questo agriturismo per l’alloggio
