My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. Unsonic rooms, although I was not directly faced on the road, it felt the traffic on the main road that crosses Tirana, I stayed with dog lame, room cost 48 euro, dog supplement 20. In 15 years of traveling with the dog, it is the most expensive supplement in absolutely. I outdated my disappointment at the reception. I am aware that some HTL apply a supplement but would be better to write it on the site. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

Hotel Milano… niente è lasciato al caso. Già dalla prenotazione ho potuto notare la gentilezza e l’attenzione al cliente sia da parte di Erika della reception che di Chiara della spa. Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare la spa e il servizio massaggi che reputiamo di ottimo livello, location molto pulita e molto curata. Abbiamo poi fatto un aperitivo in terrazza e subito dopo abbiamo gustato una cena meravigliosa. Il menù è vario e molto gradevole e la qualità prezzo eccellente, ma quello che ci ha colpito molto è stato il servizio al tavolo, curato, preciso, attento, lo staff affabile ma discreto, la cameriera Laura attenta e molto gentile e anche gli altri tre camerieri di cui non ricordo il nome, davvero meravigliosi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto padrona di casa che chiacchiera amabilmente con i clienti, interessata al benessere degli stessi con discreto riguardo. Hotel che consiglio a tutti per un momento di coccole e relax!
