The hotel facilities are pretty good in all aspects. It's the tallest building in Qidong. It has a good view. It's quiet when you look at the night view at night. The price/performance ratio is good. It's located in the city center and it's very convenient for dining out. The efficiency of the front desk service needs to be improved. When checking out, it was said that the deposit would arrive in half an hour. However, the front desk forgot to do it. After a phone call, the deposit was refunded. The same thing happened when I checked in. Around 6pm in the evening, there was only one receptionist. Several groups of guests came over and ignored each other. The first impression was a bit unsatisfactory.

This is my first time staying in a homestay. I was really surprised. The whole family likes it very much. The boss is also super good. On weekdays, our family has a private venue. The water in the swimming pool outside the house has just been changed. How long do you want to swim? There is a home theater, table tennis room, billiard table in the basement. The two girls have fun. Breakfast is made by the boss himself. It is fresh and very rich. Even my big girl who has a difficult breakfast has eaten three sesame cakes. It is said that it is delicious. The pictures promoted by the hotel are still quite consistent with the actual situation. The boss helped us upgrade a room with a terrace. A few people sat on the terrace and drank beer with the sea breeze. It was very comfortable. The hotel is in the Shuangpin Villa area. If there is no navigation, it is really hard to find. It is very clean and the environment is very good. The hot water is more powerful. The accommodation experience is good. The hotel needs to drive to the Golden Beach. It is less than ten minutes' drive. The locals say that the Golden Beach is the real original ecological beach. The sea breeze is a bit tide. Facing the sea, refreshing!

The room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

The landlord did not contact in advance: after booking the room, the landlord did not take the initiative to contact, and there was no news. I called the landlord on the day we arrived.
Sea view room is too pit: I set a sea view room, after I arrived, I found that the room was not the head row, and it was still on the 4th floor by the roadside. You can look at the 4th floor of the first unit in the photo, that's it. The room of the B&B faces north and south, and the sea is in the east. So the so-called sea view is to look eastward from the window of the room, and then see the high-rise buildings, the river in the park, the trees in the distance and the lines of the sea hidden behind the trees. So I can say that I can see the sea, but I will stick to myself when I say ”sea view room”. Don't say anything else, what can I see in the room on the 4th floor, it's really worthless~~ But I will look at the message of the hotel after I check in. It shows the 7th floor~~
Commercial: As for the surrounding area, the commercial body is also convenient. There are various shops on the roadside, not far from the sea.
Room hygiene: I can say that it is okay, even if the requirements are relatively high.
Beach: For the beach near the East China Sea, the blue sea silver sand is still good, the children are very happy.
In short, I will go again next time, I will not decide again.
