So for few days we were frantically trying to figure out how to buy the tickets online. Luckily, the 管家team patiently, with our broken chinese, guide us to getting the tickets. Responsive The team doesnt seem to be sleeping. Over the past few days, from pre check- in to post check-in, i have been sending messages/enquiries at different timing outside of working hours (11pm, 12 +am, 5am, 7am), and surprisingly they managed to timely answer them. Overall experience is 5 star.

There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

The room is large with a great view. It is right next to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Visitor Center, which is very convenient. It is also close to the downtown area of ​​Erdaobaihe Town.
