The service in the hotel lobby is fairly fast. The smell in the room reduces the impression score. Other aspects are quite satisfactory. The breakfast content is not rich. I did not see soy milk or milk drinks.

開車路過留宿一晚，看着價格比周邊的高一點以為還可以，結果酒店3樓是KTV，住宿單人間（大床房）在6樓，整個房子都在震動，跟睡在音響上一樣。跟前台反映了也沒用，後面實在受不了讓前台換個房間，還讓價錢，怎麼有臉的。開酒店基本的住宿環境都保障不了你開什麼酒店呢，不道歉主動調換就算了，換房還要加錢。12樓也能聽到震動，可以睡着。房間環境也是一般，服務太差

確實酒店還是老了，以前入住感覺還挺有人氣的，最近一次去辦入住和早餐幾乎沒人，停車場的車子也少了，晚上八點多辦入住，酒店大堂也是昏昏暗暗的，一點都不明亮

差評，安仁住這麼多酒店，這是最差的一次，從網上訂的豪華雙人間，進房間後就是一股濃濃的慪臭味，後面換了普通標雙，當時還特地問了價格是不是不一樣，服務員回覆我是不一樣，還表示一會前台會把價格調過來，住了兩天，昨天還續了一天，結果今天退房的時候，前台卻説是豪華雙間的價格，錢不多，但這個處理方式非常讓人不舒服。以後回安仁不會再來，更不會去推薦別人。酒店住的就是一種服務。
