I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

Clean. , the centre is located. staff is guleryuz and quite kind. the humour of the generation of lady first and gentleman Eren was quite guleryuz and related. Breakfast is beautiful and gentle enough. Rooms are genuine and clean park problems are not found at the distance of cocnyak's home to hunters and cafes

due to Covid-19 the gym and spa were closed, so I cannot comment on the hotel's facilities. Also, the buffet for breakfast were closed and they served breakfast in wrapped plates, Jambobs, cheese, jam, etc. It was OK but not great. The service was good. the receptionists could speak English fluently and they helped me to find my way around the city and made a copy of few documents that I needed. The wifi speed and availability in the whole hotel was great. also the safe in the room was big enough for my 16 inch laptop. Loved the shower as well. I had a nice view on 11th floor. In general, my stay was satisfactory.

We stayed for a trip on November 19, no one showed our room (bellboy services but not functional) was still cleaning on the entrance of the room. The sounds were very bad in the side room. Now, my dear, you can comment on whatever is said in the room. The room was not the city, the glass-glass building was outlooked, the towels were broken, the coffee was given broken, the shower was always shut down, as if we were taking a shower in the bathroom, I don't think I would come again, with public transport, very far from the center, I couldn't be so crazy if I came with my own car. I saw it in the pasture when I lifted the cover of the Ottoman sweat servicing at the reception after breakfast, which made me think about the backplan of the breakfast we had eaten. I suggest you stay short.

Stayed there for 3 nights on 3rd floor room OK very silent that is important.Negative a very slow elevator and when the hotel will be fully booked is could be a problem loosing time. Also to reach the elevator you need to climb stairs with the luggage not so convenient. Breakfast ok especially now in covid rectriction times. Everybody weared masks and no self service very covid safe. Friendly reception people also willing to help and to call someone to drag the lkuggage up to the stairs. Nice terrace to have a starbucks coffee enjoying the fresh air and sun.
Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center

Pros: - Location: Close to Bilkent University, Bilkent Odeon and Bilkent Concert Hall. - Bathroom amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap bar, cotton buds, shower cap, body lotion, tissues, hairdryer (but only 1100w). - Complimentary bottles of water each day. - Excellent in-room storage space with large in-room safe. - Amazing Sanitas Spa & Wellness centre location in hotel. Cons: - Avoid the hotel restaurant. Food was expensive and seafood did not taste fresh at all. Instead, take a 5min taxi (approx. 40TRY) to the “Bilkent Center” where there are many restaurants located in the “Bilkent Station” section. - Rooms need urgent upgrading. In-room WiFi is slow for 2023 (maximum speed reached was only 19Mbps), TV didn’t work, shower water temperate randomly went from freezing cold to boiling hot every minute, air conditioning was broken, mattress extremely uncomfortable, worn pillows and thin, fraying towels need to be renewed with urgency. - Breakfast hygiene needs major attention. Witnessing a manager move coffee beans from one side of the coffee machine to the other with his bare hands is not acceptable. Note that the orange juice is not really orange juice as I witnessed the same manager pouring cartons of orange juice and peach juice into the same dispenser. - With complete understanding and respect that Türkiye is not an english-speaking country, but I was surprised that at an international 5-star hotel, most staff I encountered spoke zero english.
