The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

On July 2022, my wife and daughter stayed in the hotel for a night. We preferred that the price was reasonable and few tripadvisor comments were good. She paid our fee for breakfast at the entrance. The first thing that attracted us when we entered the room was that most of the material used was old. For example, the towels on the bathroom were originally white, but they had a grey stain. They said when I called the reception to find out how early the breakfast was before we go to bed, they said it would start at 9.00 and I said that it was too late for us to make service to your room at 8:30. The hotel has no breakfast room or is in vacation. When I called again, the staff member of the reception told me he could ask if he could return his breakfast fee and returned your breakfast fee when he left the hotel in the morning. Another thing I thought was the watering of the hand washing and shower jelly used in the bathroom, and the flow of water was the same as the other expression.

The location of the hotel is good, next to the station, there are many restaurants. There is a parking lot, you need to swipe your parking card at the front desk when you go out. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the 3rd floor.

In this hotel, you get more facilities than the money you pay, and you will be satisfied with your stay in this hotel. It has good and professional crew and staff, and I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good location and a quiet place for your trip. Select

I was in the case of going to Ankara for a job during the pandemic period, and last year I was an hotel that came and I went nervously for the coronation but a hotel more clean and hygienic than I expected was all the measures taken and our room was cleaned every day. I recommend all that we are desinfected

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room.

It was a hotel we stayed one night on the road. The price is quite good for performance. It has a parking park, its room was clean, the ladles smell like. The air conditioning is quite good. They bring the breakfast themselves, if you have a different request, they do when you say. We were very happy. A hotel we will stay again in our next visit to Ankara.

Nothing happened that I was not satisfied with 😊 The hotel is clean. The sheets in the rooms are clean. They gave me a room with a bathtub in the bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise 😊 the room is filled with water every day, there is a minibar, a TV, and I was very happy to have a desk in the room because I will be studying. One of the best and different things about other hotels I have stayed in is that the minibar and room service prices are written. There was a gentleman and a lady, a bellboy, who checked me in on the first day. They are very kind 😊 There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The towels were all laid out. All the necessary little things too. Housekeeping is very friendly and attentive. During the 7 days I stayed in this hotel, I have only good moments 🥰 My next choice will be here again, Eminem 😊 Breakfast was an open buffet. There are a variety of cheeses. Soup is offered 😊 sweets, murebbels, various coffees, that is, every zovge is good 😊 I used to wake up early for this 😄 Thank you for everything!!

Very nice hotel, opposite the hotel is Ankara Castle. The hotel is very special and there are many ancient Chinese elements. Breakfast is ordering, we don't know much about Turkish food, so we told the younger brother to come to the local breakfast, so the little brother took a table of sauces and dishes with great enthusiasm. There is an open-air balcony outside the restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Ankara’s entire city. Highly recommend this home
