What’s more weird is that the room that checked in at 3 o’clock was actually cleaned up at 5 o’clock, and when checking in, guests were not reminded of the rights and benefits they could enjoy in the hotel. When checking out, they knew that the afternoon tea in the western restaurant was included when they checked out the statement. He said that he can’t enjoy it after checking out, and asked him why he didn’t tell us in advance. He plausibly said where you ordered and where you should be told. It really made you dissatisfied. After the negotiation, he said that he could go but not. What the hell is opening up on time? The happy holiday mood is disappointed by the service!
