這次入住真的太棒了！前台辦理入住高效又貼心，有任何問題都能迅速解決。
房間佈置精緻温馨，酒店設施齊全，衞生狀況堪稱一流，每一個角落都一塵不染，床鋪柔軟舒適。
酒店位置也十分便利，周邊交通發達，購物遊玩都輕鬆。總之，這裏的一切都無可挑剔，下次出行還選這家酒店，強烈推薦給大家！

我們一家晚上十點左右才到酒店，酒店前台服務很好，也配合我們一起選房間。我們家小朋友的衣服在旅途中弄臟了，酒店有免費的洗衣房，前台很貼心地幫我們洗衣服，烘衣服並收衣服。酒店很乾凈，聯繫工作人員也很迅速，早上不小心把馬桶堵了，打了前台電話，很快就有工作人員前來處理。另外也提供免費停車，雖然在旁邊的商場地下停車場，但是距離和流程都很省心和方便，總之是一次愉快的入住！

房間較小大床房1.5×1.8的，晚上10點半回房間花灑放了5min沒熱水後致電前台説是停電等半小時就行，一小時後還是沒熱水澡沒洗直接睡覺，早上10點起床洗澡水還是不熱温水洗完退房前台送了兩杯咖啡

房間比描述的要小很多，隔音差，洗衣房衹有一個洗衣機跟乾衣機，電梯衹有一個而且極慢，因為2樓是沐足，電梯基本不能用，唯一一次直接不住了。不過酒店位置還是可以的，服務態度中規中矩

酒店就在培新街附近，離鼓樓街也很近~吃東西是特別方便！
房間乾淨整潔，熱水、空調供應正常！
上下樓需要使用梯卡，非常安全~
酒店配備洗衣房（帶烘乾機），特別感謝24日晚上夜班的小姑娘，去洗衣房洗衣服的時候主動進行幫忙，烘乾之後甚至幫忙疊整齊，用袋子裝好並送到房間！感覺超級温暖！
如果來安康玩住這邊真的非常合適！推薦~~~

房間問題不大，但是安康的瀛湖景區是真的垃圾，真的是白去安康了，***垃圾工作人員，12345投訴後單子轉到景區，景區自動把單子關了，就不聯繫人的唄，就這麼灑脱的？！真的是****
