The bed is 2 meters and 1.35 meters, which is suitable for a family of four. You can see the mountains outside the window and the floor is high! Highly recommended!

The hotel does not match its name at all. The worst experience is the breakfast, which is probably outsourced. Not to mention the bad attitude of the waiters, the breakfast service is really good. The breakfast time is 7-9 o'clock. We went there at 8:30 and it was nothing. We asked for a poached egg. Said the machine was turned off and would not fry anymore. As a result, many customers were speechless and couldn't even ask for a boiled egg. They said that there were many people eating today, but the waiter was clearly in the kitchen. Customers outside called many times and the plates were gone, but no one answered. I made a bowl of porridge for the baby to eat, and the hair was still there, so the hygiene was worrying 🫣

Only one of the three reception desks at the front desk is open, and there is a line of people waiting! 5. The front desk has no sense of service and no professionalism! If there is no hotel standard service language, forget it! Opening a room card can still fail! The reception is on the 25th floor, let the guests run by themselves! As if it was a matter of course, there was no apology! 6. The front desk receives the toiletries by itself. When it is our turn, we will give 2 shower gels if we don’t have shampoo. The key is not to remind us! I asked and said that I entered the room and called room service to deliver it. After entering the room, I called and asked for delivery, but actually said that the guests should go to the front desk to pick it up. I asked why room service couldn't deliver it? The front desk replied: No why! Then hang up! 7. Tikong Hotel only gives one room card! Let me ask you a question. Suppose your wife is taking a shower and suddenly finds that the front desk has given you two shower gels and no shampoo. The front desk said that the room service does not provide delivery, and you must go to the front desk to collect it yourself. What should you do? 8. The breakfast table is seriously inadequate! You need to wait for a breakfast! The guests at the door are arguing with the waiter! Can you believe this is a buffet breakfast in a big hotel? Looking at the pictures and talking, they are all guests standing next to people with their hands in their pockets and watching others eat! Really intolerable! I have visited almost all the attractions in Anji, and I have stayed in many hotels. Without exception, the service is very good, and some even have souvenirs when I leave the hotel. However, this is a hotel that really has no sense of service and doesn't care about the feelings of guests. It really surprised me very, very much! There is actually such a hotel in Anji!

It is understandable that prices increase during holidays, but there are deficiencies in service and environment, and the price/performance ratio is too low. My friend and I booked two rooms that day. For the friend's room, they immediately replied that they couldn't find the reservation. At first, there were no rooms available, and then they said that electronic certificates could not be used. It was past 11 o'clock at night, and they said they had to go to the police station to apply for certificates. I checked in smoothly in my room, but the person who opened the door was dumbfounded. The door was facing the bed, and there were plastic bags in the bathroom. When I tried to use the phone to make a call, I found that there were debris, and I couldn't get through to the front desk. Later, I changed rooms and found that the water from the faucet had a musty smell. This hotel has the appearance of a high-rise building, but the quality is not high at all.

The accommodation experience is very poor! First, the cleaning staff is too noisy. There is chirping at the door. I don’t understand why cleaning needs to be so loud? The second is that the breakfast is poor, and the employees are cooking noodles in casual clothes. They eat by themselves after cooking, or they just stand at the door with a bowl and eat. The price is not directly proportional to the environment. I will not choose WTO again.
