Staying on a Sunday night we got a good deal on the room which was very comfortable and althjght the hotel is older they have done their best to ensure it is well maintained. Power points next to both sides of the bed, hooks for your things in the bathroom and a little fridge were all appreciated. The reception staff were lovely, and the adjoining restaurant was quite popular and looked very nice, although we didn't have a chance to try it. Only issue was that checkout was by noon and twice between 10-10.30 the housekeeping staff came into our room. They should know if someone has checked out or not.

Great location, easy to find and walking distance to a number of nice restaurants. The main downtown shopping area was a short drive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Basic room, shower and small balcony overlooking the street. The mattress was quite firm. The street noise created a challenge for sleeping. The room was too warm and there was no AC. While the temperature outside was great for sleeping, there was too much traffic noise to keep the balcony door open. Buffet breakfast was simple and sufficient.

The price/performance ratio is super high, and the environmental facilities are all right. Breakfast is also good, although it is simple but not simple. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is very difficult to stop. There is a one-way street in and out. If you can only get one car back. Moreover, the entrance of the parking lot is more difficult to find. In a place where the five or six roads meet, it is recommended that the self-driving potted friends use the google street view to find the parking lot entrance in advance, which can be found, so as not to be found after the arrival. Good location near the bus station Walk no more than 10 minutes, suitable for people with luggage because if staying in the old city, you have to walk up the hill. The hotel is still quite new, the rooms are okay, the wifi is fast. The staff are friendly, but some people do not speak English fluently. There is no refrigerator or kettle. Overall, it should not be a hotel. 4 stars as advertised. Can only be full of 3 stars

The hotel location is great the rooms are very nice spacious and clean, dinners were tasty but that is pretty much all positive that I can say. The thing I was mostly surprised about the hotel was that most of the staff did not speak any English, it was very hard to communicate. The receptionist had very basic knowledge of the language :-( I would expect more from 4****. Some of the staff was very very impolite and rude, especially at dinner time. We stayed at a room with no balcony, so the terrace closing time at 9pm was somewhat inconvenient. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it!

The city of Andorra is relatively small, the hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the scenery is good. The lobby of the hotel is large, the rooms are large, clean and the beds are oversized. Under the floor is the restaurant, very convenient. Parking underground garage, but charges.
