Quite unusual hotel, it is located in a shopping center, has no reception and there is no staff in the hotel. The doors of the rooms are opened with a pin that is sent via SMS. Breakfast is served downstairs in a sort of bar/restaurant in the shopping centre. The pincode system to get into the rooms is nice but I had to call 4 times to get the correct pins for the 4 rooms booked (they sent them wrong). Good cleaning and rooms. Unfortunately, returning to the room after dinner, the pin, which I had correctly used before, no longer worked. I tried to call the telephone number that was provided to me but this is not active in the evening: the answering machine (in Norwegian) starts and they told me that they are not there and will be available the following morning. I struggled a lot to find a mobile number to call: it's written on paper inside the room and only in Norwegian, difficult to read if you stay out of the room! Curious that all the writing inside the hotel is only in Norwegian. Very little would be enough to improve: put a sign on the hotel entrance door, also in English, clearly indicating the mobile phone number to call in case of problems. So apart from the various problems we had with the pins, a simple hotel but good enough. Certainly the information on what to do in case of any problems needs to be improved. To be honest, when I think back to the sense of helplessness it feels to be outside the room without being able to enter and having no one to turn to, no indication of what to do and who to call, it would be natural for me to give only one point!
