The great hotel ,the housekeeping services were Excellent. Particularly mr.Rashid (Executive ) helped us in every query he is a great professional with Excellent knowledge of all around. MR.Aabid from housekeeping was good as well.Highly recommend this.

The staff was weltrained and very caring. The room dining service was very prompt.Kashmiri cusine was very delicious.Mr.Faisal arranged vehicle for peek up though we requested just few hours prior. We would definitely like to visit here again. Laida took good care of us while dining in restaurant.

Excellent service provided by welcome resort staffs. Specially food and service very good. Mr Bilal Raina restaurant captain and his all team Mr Irfan and Chef Mr Kasif gave us delicious breakfast and dinner. They are par/excellent on service.

Terrible. We stayed for 2 nights and all our 12 members suffered from food poisoning because of Welcome resort’s food. Apart from our family, almost all of the guests staying in our floor were vomiting and having loose motion in the morning and went to hospital. Terrible hygiene standards as opposed to the pictures shown in websites. Found fly in rice as well which I missed to take picture for upload. Do’nt go by their fake reviews and stars. Stay safe.

We were three veteran couples. Spent a night in the hotel. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. Staff is good and oprompt. The ***ager *****r deserves our special thanks for his personal indulgence. Although the hotel is well away from Pahalgam town, it provides idyllic environment, overlooking the Lidder river. The restaurant is spacious and the hotel has a large lawn.

Stunning property and outstanding hospitality. Instantly puts you in a good mood. Showkat took really good care of us and made our meals very memorable. Very warm and accommodative guy. The coffee cafe is also beautiful and asmat made a beautiful kahwa for me.

The place is perfect for a peaceful classy stay .we stayed here in July and loved this place in every bit .room was very spacious and bathrooean.the service from front office staffs and housekeeping was very good the hotel is right opposite the river lidder also hotel has a very big garden Mr *****r have escorted us very humbly also we enjoyed in garden morning and evening. 100 percent recommended Thanks

They take care of even smallest smallest thing like shaving kit, 2 dental kit etc thank you welcome resort and room heating and warm water was like 24*7 and detail numbers are written on telephone itself so its easy to connect to particular department

Good quality Food and hospitality.. View from the room is great except the hotel is 3-4 km away distance from market.. Staffs are very courteous specially haroon Imtiaz nadeem and there are some more 😊 Nice behaviour 😊Parking space is also available.
