We are a family of 7 and we are from Asia. This is our second stay in Cortona Inn and it does not disappoint. Pricing is competitive. The rooms are spacious even for a big family like ours. What we like the most is that all in-house guests get to eat breakfast for free. They serve egg, sausages, toast/bread/muffins, cereals, coffee and fruits. And because Cortona is very near Disneyland Park and various food establishments and shopping centers, it is very convenient to its guests. We like to stay at Cortona. Looking forward to our next visit.😃

It’s walking distance to Disneyland take you around the 25 minutes. The only complain is the Reception that charged me more than what I should pay when I booked a hotel on the trip.com. That means Trip.com mentioned how much I should pay at the hotel but the hotel charged me more than that excuse for tax.

The room was spacious and clean. However, although daily cleaning was scheduled, there was no cleaning on the first day for some reason. The sound of the shower in the next room was quite loud.

The hotel is a bit old, and there are damages and stains in many places. It is located near the Toy Story parking area and there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, thinking it would be convenient as it is close to Disney. I didn't expect the hotel front desk to be a typical bully of Chinese people! Seeing that I booked on Ctrip, they gave me a room in the corner. It was super dark inside, with no windows, and it was dark even in the daytime! And it was stinking, like urine! The TV was also broken. I was sure that no one lived in this room. Even the door card didn't work when I entered the room. It must be an unused room in the corner! Later, I went to the front desk to change the room. When they saw me take out my passport, they immediately changed it for me! I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is definitely the worst experience! Not recommended!!!
