Great old hottel in the center of amsterdam . Owner is extremely helpful and nice . I will definitely stay here again when i get back to Amsterdam

Bed Bug!!!!!!!!!!
From the first day, I was anxious and barely used the bed. I slept with all the lights on. The next day, I saw bedbugs passing over my bed, so I checked out right away at 6am and went outside.
I threw away all my clothes.
No way. The bed bugs will never go away.

My stay was amazing! The location could not have been better.

Decent Hotel in fantastic location - Obviously in need of a spruce up renovation, but perfectly functional for everything you need.
Liked the MiniBar, and lighting in the room.
Didn't like the lack of sockets by the bed.

The property is beautiful from the outside but could do with a little modernising and decor tidying up. That said, for the rating it’s not bad and if only used as a place to lay your head, you don’t really need anything more. Staff were great, helpful , knowledgeable and polite ensuring we had everything we needed and even emailed to confirm as such, even after departure which was delightful
