Location is good. Liked that they had drinks and snacks provided during the day. However, bath towels were not changed daily and the room was slightly too dark. It would have been great if the cast function of the TV worked.

Location was superb, a 5-10mins walk from the center but it's in a quieter location and neighborhood felt secure.
Rooms were well maintained and clean, but a little smaller than expected.

非常惡劣的酒店體驗😫😫！！強烈不推薦大家住這家酒店！
以下說明一下，我們先後預訂在19號和27號兩次入住酒店，第一次入住酒店時體驗尚可，豪華房型的空間很大，副有設計感，員工態度十分友善。但衛生情況欠佳，竟然在房間內發現零食包裝袋在地上，但我們覺得問題不大，自行清理便可。另外的小問題便是即使我們掛了請勿騷擾的牌在門柄但每天早上都有清潔員工闖入我們房間😵💫。便是上了鎖也會強行推開。。。
而第二次我們預訂的是高級房型，這次的入住就為我們帶來了十分之惡劣的酒店體驗。
首先衛生程度十分之差，進入房間時已經聞到重重的霉味，窗台滿佈灰塵，而廁所還遺留上一位住客用過的紙巾😫而且浴室的毛巾也有污漬又散發着怪味🤮🤮而酒店只會提供兩個漱口杯，其餘什麼也不會提供。
其次設備方面，房間的鎖是無法鎖上的，不需要用匙卡便可進入房間，因此我們要求換房。
而最大的問題就係酒店員工一點也不helpful，員工的服務態度只會令人覺得無助和憤怒，當我們向前台說明我們的情況時，前台表示不會為我們轉房，並將責任推卸在我們身上，表示鎖並沒有壞，而房間亦沒有問題，如果我們不喜歡的話可以check out。而且過程中該名員工更將我們帶到房間辱罵了半小時。。。誣蔑我們是想轉豪華房型，但其實我們只是想換一間較乾淨的房間。
而最終幾經辛苦下酒店員工終於答應我們轉到另一樓層同房型的房間，當我們進入房間時發現根本所謂同房型相差很多，我們甚至懷疑酒房最初給我們的是比較低的房型😵💫。
總結！如果想有愉快的入住體驗或不想有被人歧視的感覺的話千萬不要入住此酒店哦！

Beautiful hotel in a nice area, quiet but close to everything; the museums, canals, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely hospitable. We look forward to returning to stay at the hotel.

Quaint hotel with a lot of character and extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Very warm and inviting social areas, always stocked with complimentary food and drinks.
Breakfast area is unfortunately chaotic in the mornings, with guests aimlessly wondering around looking for somewhere to sit due to lack of tables / space. This is a real shame as the concept/ layout if fantastic, however does not work with a busy hotel with lots of guest.
Buffet options are identical day to day, which is fine but tiresome if you’re staying longer than 3 days.
Overall lovely inviting hotel for a short break in Amsterdam.
