Tienen un pésimo servicio, las instalaciones están deterioradas, el aseo de la habitación muy regular, no hay opción de elegir la comida, es un solo menú y de almuerzo y cena siempre sirven pollo, no hay menú infantil ni opciones de alimentación para ellos. Las piscinas no se ven limpias, vi en una ocasión que le echan el cloro en las mañanas e inmediatamente las personas podían ingresar a estas, siempre he visto que los mantenimientos se hacen en horas de la noche puesto que se debería esperar para bañ**** alrededor de unas 6 horas, por eso creo que sentíamos tan fuerte el cloro y nos afectó los ojos. El lugar tiene potencial pues es un buen concepto resaltar todo la cultura antioqueña, pero definitivamente esta muy mal administrado. Durante mi estadía me quejé con Laura por los inconvenientes que se nos presentaron pero no hubo ninguna mejora.
