The place is very close to the city centre but the price is super affordable. This can be a great place for you to avoid sound pollution being in the city centre but very private and secluded for sure. Very near to the biggest mall in Alor Setar, Aman Sentral.

Surprised with the hotel overview !! With a reasonable price and cleanliness hotel. Very satisfied with the family room I booked. It was over my expectations what I can had in my hometown! We check in late of the night n the staff still very friendly and helpful. Good service! Hotel was Well maintained. Will deft go back again in the future . Keep it up AST!! The room was exactly show in trip.com

I was given second floor room which I have to use staircase because there is no elevator at this hotel.

They didn’t provide any shampoo or shower jell at all.. only provide hand wash only. Abit disappointing.. before that they do provide but now no more. Other than that all good.

During my recent hotel stay, I had a disappointing experience with the hotel's management regarding the deposit I made upon check-in. The hotel claimed that the towels in my room were dirty and required cleaning before returning them, or else my deposit of RM 50 would be forfeited. I was surprised by the hotel's claim as I had used the towels in a normal manner and had always cleaned and returned them to their designated area. The towels were also of low quality and had visible stains and fraying edges upon my arrival. When I raised my concerns with the hotel staff regarding the deduction of my deposit, they were unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. They insisted that the towels were dirty and that I needed to pay an additional fee to replace them, despite the towels being of poor quality and not in good condition. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the hotel's management, as I had made the deposit to cover any incidental charges during my stay and did not expect such a deduction for poor quality towels. I would advise other guests to be cautious and inspect the room's contents upon check-in and raise any concerns immediately to avoid similar issues. Overall, my experience with this hotel's management during my stay was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. This review is not meant to jeopardise their reputations but only the concern to have more fairness and be more reasonable.. In service industry the "Customer is always right!!!!" stop being a pirate and learned..
