Excellent central location close to all amenities and museums. Oldish hotel but perfectly functional and very comfortable. Noisy kids constantly running around were a bit problematic trying to get sleep before return flight. Other than that a decent place at a decent price too. Nice staff.

A good hotel provides almost everything required for the tourists. Maybe not so most new rooms and equipment but all things are in order and work fine. Very polite and responsible crew. Fine breakfast to start a day. The fine location - the bus stop, shops, and cafes are near. We may recommend Ambassador for the guests of Almaty! Хороший отель, предоставляющий всё необходимое для туристов. Может и не самые новые комнаты и оборудование, но всё в порядке и работает исправно. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Хороший завтрак чтобы начать день. Хорошее расположение - автобусная остановка, магазины и кафе рядом. Так что можем рекомендовать для гостей Алматы!

Был с семьей в августе 2023 года. Отель - 3х этажное здание с высокими потолками в центральной части города. Когда его открывали/реновировали, судя по стилистике ремонта, лет 20 назад, то был сделан очень хорошо и качественно. Наверное, тогда он был очень дорогим и крутым. Сейчас ремонт немного подустал, но сам отель сейчас выглядит аккуратно и поддерживается в чистоте. К уборке претензий нет. Персонал очень дружелюбен и настроен на сотрудничество. На все просьбы и вопросы реагировали неизменно вежливо. Все просьбы выполняли. Все что просили, приносили. Уборка номеров ежедневная. В ванной есть набор шампуней, зубных щеток, гелей и т.д. Каждый день в номер бесплатно приносили литровую бутылку воды. Есть чайник и принадлежности для чая и кофе. Завтрак не изобилен, но все необходимое есть. Голодными не оставались. Для желающих делают яичницу и омлет. Кофе был неплох. Порадовали рогалики и бублики. Локация крайне удачная. Практически напротив есть обменный пункт с адекватными курсами. Рядом полно ресторанов и кафе. Есть продуктовые магазины. Музеи и торговые центры в пределах 10-15 минут на такси. Есть где прогуляться пешком. Соотношение цена/качество, как мне кажется, весьма неплохое. На ресепшен есть бесплатные сим карты Теле2. В целом пребыванием удовлетворены и готовы остановиться в этом отеле еще раз.

Забронировала отель на праздничные дни - Наурыз. Заехали в отель в 03:00 am. Но при входе в холл уже стало некомфортно. Холл темный, грязновато. Попросили показать номера, нас проводили на 2 этаж. Дверь номера открыла администратор с обычного ключа, в номере также слабое освещение, радиаторная решетка стоит отдельно от батареи, кровать застлана шелковым старым покрывалом, ванная комната в неудовлетворительном (наверно рабочем) состоянии. Мы не смогли остановиться в данном отеле, поблагодарили за внимание и уехали искать другой отель

Отличное месторасположение. Самый центр Алматы - всё Рядом! Приветливый персонал. Очень чувствуется знаменитое казахское гостеприимство! В целом отель подуставший, но моего впечатления о пребывании это совершенно не испортило! В ванной комнате стоит набор с шампунем, гелем для душа, ватными дисками и прочим. На этаже всегда стоит гладильная доска и утюг, что очень удобно для постояльцев. Завтраки простые и сытные. Разбудили в аэропорт ровно в 03.00 утра, как и просила. Если Алматы - то только Амбассадор!)
