We came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. The hotel is in a unique location, right on the beach next to the famous Stanley Bridge. There is a lot of traffic outside the hotel, but inside the hotel is a quiet harbor. The view from the room is great, the service is very good, they will call every day to ask if you need any help, making you feel at home, and there are many breakfast varieties. I would like to especially thank the two handsome guys Kareem and Karim at the front desk and concierge for helping me check the bus schedule and assisting me in taking a taxi. It is a hotel worth recommending.

Alexandria is down-at-heel, chaotic and dirty. The Cherry Maryski should be at oasis from that. However, Alex is rather wonderful, but unfortunately, the Cherry Maryski is not. The staff are unnecessarily process-driven (for example, ringing you up late every night, when you are asleep, to find out how your stay is) and slightly begrudging. Everything takes too long. Check-in was at least half an hour, for no apparent reason. The food is awful and overpriced. The carpets are threadbare. The walls are literally flaking off everywhere. The lifts smell of kerosene. The pool is sleazy. And the furnishings and rooms are very, very basic! It is not a four-star hotel. In fact, it is barely a two-star one. The only good thing I would say in its favour, is the view. It is in need of a complete refit and probably a change of ownership. Alex has great potential, as does the Cherry Maryski, but at the moment the hotel is not living up to it. At all…

I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s location or some other reason, but the taxi driver can’t find me. The hotel itself is quite old, and it cannot be compared to that of a Hilton hotel in China. The security check at the door is very strange. I stayed for two days and didn't use it at first. Then one time I suddenly asked for security check. I felt that the standards were inconsistent. The room was okay and the bath water was quite comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be in a business district, and shopping and eating nearby are relatively convenient.

The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.

The service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.

This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice

The lobby staff is very strict in security checks, and the reception is warm and meticulous. Environment: It is on the beach, which is OK. Facilities: The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is relatively clean. The hotel is on the side of the coastal avenue, with a lot of vehicles, and the window insulation effect is not very good. There are fewer cars until about 1:00 in the evening. Hygiene: It is not bad.
