The hotel, frankly, is very wonderful. The staff’s performance is characterized by respect, dedication and cooperation. The food there is truly amazing, the service is wonderful, and the reception of the staff is very, very elegant. I am recommending the hotel to your friends as well. It is trusted and raised to a very respectable level. The place is useful for individuals and families and is very safe enough for the presence of children.
The breakfast is rich and varied. The selection is very small. The small fried eggs are good. The hot and cold foods can be combined with your own. The second floor can directly watch the sea scenery. It is really good.
We lived in a studio apartment with a kitchen and living room, 14th floor of a neighboring high-rise building, fantastic view of Alexandria, fast internet, comfortable beds, very clean and comfortable. The check-in went quickly, we were immediately taken to the apartment, everything was explained and shown. There weren't utensils for cooking in the kitchen. During the check in we asked to bring plates, pan and etc and we were told that they going to bring it in the morning. But in the morning nothing was brought, we had to go down to the reception once again and remind about the kitchen utensils. Only after that they delivered the required. In fact, due to the lack of kitchen utensils, it made no sense to rent a studio that costs more than a regular room. We were unable to cook dinner for the children and had to go to a restaurant instead, and in the morning again we were unable to cook breakfast for ourselves and the child. When the cookware was finally delivered to us on the second day, it was just wonderful, but the first day disappointed us greatly.

The hotel is in a good location, right on the seaside and has a nice environment. It is a popular local hotel for wedding photography and weddings. It is cost-effective and the boss is very friendly. Breakfast is delivered to the room for free every day. This hotel is the perfect choice for my 15-day trip to Egypt. My favorite hotel with the best value for money I have ever stayed in. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go to Alexandria👍👍
Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better
This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. We hope to come back. Ashraf El-Khadem EGYPTIAN EXPRESS

I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.

Excellent
My one night stay at Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria was highlighted by the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm hospitality of the team members. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive throughout. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene standards during my stay. The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Despite this issue, the hotel offers a convenient location and good amenities. Overall, Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria offers a beautiful view and friendly service, but improvements in cleanliness are necessary for a more comfortable stay.
AAnonymous UserThere a two nice pools at the hotel and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays.
If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

JJuneLike it's name, it's truly a paradise in Alexandria away from all the traffic and busy street! The ocean front beach breakfast buffet was so so wonderful, loved it very much. The swimming pool is also beautiful and practical and it was cleaned daily. The front desk stuff was professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as all the other stuff working there. Had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend it!

Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic. Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one. There are 2 pools at the hotel. Room is clean, so is the bathroom. ( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.) Staff are hard working. We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties. Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. She makes sure that you have everything you need. Mrs Rehab, listened carefully to our feedback and made sure all is good and that we enjoyed our stay. Free Wifi is available in rooms. Parking is available with extra charge but you'll find parking place outside the hotel. ( Neighboorhood isn't that good so it's better you have a car. ) Hotel is recommended if you are searching for a clean and nice hotel, this one is a value deal.
GGuest UserThe service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.
GGuest UserWe came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. Special thanks to Sara (HHONER guest relationship supervisor).
Nnabiki2Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.
GGuest UserAlexandria is down-at-heel, chaotic and dirty. The Cherry Maryski should be at oasis from that. However, Alex is rather wonderful, but unfortunately, the Cherry Maryski is not. The staff are unnecessarily process-driven (for example, ringing you up late every night, when you are asleep, to find out how your stay is) and slightly begrudging. Everything takes too long. Check-in was at least half an hour, for no apparent reason. The food is awful and overpriced. The carpets are threadbare. The walls are literally flaking off everywhere. The lifts smell of kerosene. The pool is sleazy. And the furnishings and rooms are very, very basic! It is not a four-star hotel. In fact, it is barely a two-star one. The only good thing I would say in its favour, is the view. It is in need of a complete refit and probably a change of ownership. Alex has great potential, as does the Cherry Maryski, but at the moment the hotel is not living up to it. At all…
