I came to Altay for skiing in winter and booked this hotel. Overall, the room was clean and tidy. The location is close to the airport. Friends who are catching a flight recommend booking this hotel. It has floor heating and is very warm. I will recommend it next time.

Cleanliness: very poor. They even opened a room for us even though they knew it was for maintenance. There was blood on the bathroom floor. I called the person at the front desk and came up to check it out. There was a lady in a black T-shirt in the middle and said it wasn't the one on the floor. Oh my god, are we blind? Also, the dirty paper towels in the bathroom trash can were not taken away. Ask the cleaning staff to come and take away the trash. Didn't you see blood on the ground when cleaning the trash? What's the point of not cleaning up after seeing it? Service: After entering the bar, the person at the front desk was chatting and laughing with her colleagues and didn't take the guests seriously at all. Are they looking down on the guests?

房間很大，設施齊全，有加濕器和體重秤，還有地下車庫，這個在極寒天氣太有用啦，早餐也很豐盛，還有雪場機場免費接送服務，推薦入住！

房間又大又乾淨，暖和，還啥都有，體重秤都有，非常滿意！而且服務很周到，上午的飛機，司機師傅提前在樓下等着了，還打電話提醒，非常貼心。
