excellent receptionist, well informed and suggestive of places and situations in Alessandria. the restaurant recommendation proved first rate. unfortunately the enclosed garage was full but she said Allessandria is tranquilla. a police officer at we enquired to brought the hotel to our knowledge. the town is a productive and not a touristy spot as such. buildings, edifices, structures and ways about them and an interesting size of a town. worth visiting and this hotel a top priority

Good hotel in central Alexandria. Strategic location two steps from the Rome course,the shopping road.Very friendly reception.Excellent breakfast.Clean, silent and fresh room with air conditioning.Private parking on the cover.Recommended.

My room was small but very clean. The bed was so large that unfortunately one could open the door to the small street balcony only a column. However, I felt very well. Small box, small refrigerator, good bed of big TV wall, as usual in Italy ... The bathroom is even smaller, windowless. Unfortunately, the shower wall of the small shower ( about 60 x 55) is not close, so you have inadvertently wet feet and a wet floor mat. Whoever uses the bidet is somewhat sleevey for me, unless it is twisted. The breakfast was coronally small but very friendly. Good price-performance ratio. Near the city centre, the cleanness of the room and the friendliness of the staff make a few shortcomings. I'm happy to come back. Beside the hotel there are all possible shops and good restaurants are near. You must see everything now from the point of view that I entered on the first day of the border opening.

A new find for us and we managed to stay on the way down to Umbria and on the way back as we were so impressed with the Restaurant and rooms. So convenient just by the motorway exit. At first approach were not sure if we were in the right place, then turned into the car park and an elegant mill presented itself. The Hotel is modern and clean and the rooms and very spacious, the bathroom very spacious. Great views over to the snow covered mountains. The restaurant is superb. Homemade pasta with delicious sauces. Meat dishes superb. Deserts to die for and very pretty. Wine list to suit everyone, and grappa for digestivo. Who could ask for more. Well breakfast was a feast. Staff are professional and pleasant. A true find.

Hotel service should be greatly praised! We booked this very close hotel in order to visit the discount village. Every day we will come back very late, the boss will wait to give us a door and help us to park. Once I stopped the car key, I couldn't find it. The boss told me to start the car and try it. It can be started in the vicinity of the car. I can't start to go elsewhere. After that, I found it under the seat. The boss said that he is also looking for the key, this is a good way! The hotel’s breakfast includes hot coffee with hot milk and eggs, egg rolls, and everything else is a cold meal. We are still not used to it in winter. The restaurant is a small lounge in the evening, offering free champagne and so on. Unfortunately, every time we come back, we are too tired to just wash and sleep! Very nice and warm hotel, go back later!

We have stayed here twice before. It is a character hotel in a lovely setting. It does lack some modern amenities. We were most surprised to be sent an e mail stating that our restaurant reservation was cancelled due to “kitchen maintenance” However when we arrived the real story was they had a group booking from a Porsche owner’s club who were being served a banquet in the garden. We almost had to plead to be served a glass of wine ( exhorbiant price ) Breakfast was very poor, service overwhelmed far below our expectations. I am afraid we will not return, I hope your Porsche customers return on a regular basis because we will now look elsewhere. A great disappoin**ent !
